Very peaceful setting, close to All Star Village. There was plenty of space inside, and the kitchen was just right. We liked having a grill outside, too. Our host Joe was helpful. We did some fishing in the pond and were appreciative of having rods and tackle. It was a pleasant stay.

The host was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. The place was clean and a great value. My wife checked in while it was dark so it was hard to find as there were no outside lights and the place is more rural. That is the one recommendation is to have some outside lights so guests can see. Other nights there were other guests at the neighboring property so place was more lit up. The master bed was comfortable and slept well so overall it was a good place and close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Thanks for allowing us to crash at your property. We would stay again if needed.

Wonderful

Owner was wonderful with communication, checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Property was clean and beautiful, quiet setting...with lots of deer. We would definitely stay with him again.

Peaceful stay in a secluded area

The property is located 20 minutes from Cooperstown, nicely maintained with its own fishing pond. Highly recommended if you are participating in the Cooperstown tournaments or if you just want a quiet getaway.

Great place spend a week for baseball!!

Joe was great, check in/out process was the easiest we’ve ever had. Dukes Pond is just as described, clean and cozy getaway. Great place to go relax after watching baseball all day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, my daughter loved catching lizards at the pond as well!! I’d highly recommend Dukes Pond

Great cozy place

Perfect Place to Stay for All Star Village

Nice small place to eat and sleep while going to All Star Village games. Very easy and short drive to All Star Village. We enjoyed catching fish in the pond during our spare time. The owner was very easy to contact and ask questions.

Quiet Retreat

Convenient to ASV

Property was as advertised. Clean and convenient to ASV baseball. It was quiet at night, the window AC units cooled it down quickly after a few hot days. Has some character and was a great stay for the baseball tournament.

Fun relaxing retreat

We had a baseball tournament at Cooperstown. This was a great secluded location. The fishing pond was so much fun! Clean and perfect for a weekend trip. Appreciate the communication with the owner as well!

I have three rental properties in the area and have an exterminator that sprays on a monthly basis but certainly would of addressed the issue you had immediately if I had known. The review posted from the week prior to you staying did not have the same issue. Peaceful and beautiful area

The property manager was extremely responsive. The pond was fun to fish and the area is peaceful. There were a few subtle cleaning issues and the manager was open to correcting these.
