This property was as advertised. Unit was clean and very comfortable. The beach view from the 14th floor was awesome. Picked up parking pass at the front desk and we were all set for a fun and relaxing week. I would highly recommend this property and the host. Very good communications and directions for anything and everything we needed to know for our stay.

Great place!

The unit is at nice, very family friendly, at a great location (nearby good restaurants and activities), and the owners were just a text away and quick to respond. Definitely looking forward to another stay here in the future.

Condo was good and we love Orange Beach. There was parking lot construction we didn’t know about prior to arrival so part of the lot was closed and a muddy mess to walk through.

Stunning beach view

This condo is wonderful with an amazing beach view. Beautifully decorated and in the perfect location in Orange Beach. We will definitely book this place again. We are already planning our next beach getaway.

Anniversary getaway

This condo was so beautiful and cozy. My husband and i stayed here for our anniversary and we cant wait to come back. The home was very clean, beautiful breath taking direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony every morning. Would definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed

Treasure on the Gulf

The condo was great and Lori was very responsive to our text and needs. Will keep this condo in our favorites and use it again when we are back in Orange Beach. You will not be disappointed.

Great condo

Condo had everything we needed. Direct access to the beach. Indoor pool was rarely busy with 3 hot tubs. It has a great view of the beach from the back and the views from the walkway out front are equally fantastic

Another Great Week

This was our fourth year at Phoenix VII and our first in this particular unit. We love how family friendly the whole experience is. We are thoroughly entertained at the condo with the pool and excellent beach access but know that plenty of other attractions exist.This particular condo was perfect for us. The second bedroom allowed my MIL to have her own room and the second bathroom was a godsend.

Great Condo

The condo was great and Lori was very quick to respond to answer questions I had. The photos are accurate; everything was nice. The only issue we had were with the second bedroom mattresses. They are in need to replacement as they sink in the middle.

We stay at Phoenix VII every summer! Location and complex are always great! The elevators do get busy on check in and out days! The condo was great. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great, plenty of room for my family of 4. The view is amazing! The only thing I can say is that the condo just needed a little tlc as far as the shades for the balcony doors and the shower doors! We would definitely stay again in this condo!

Perfect Rental

We loved our time at Orange Beach!! The unit was gorgeous and fit our family perfectly and looks as great in person as the pics. The complex is really large but we only had to wait for an elevator on 2 occasions. We spent most of the daylight hours out at the beach but did swim some in the afternoons. Outdoor pool is still a bit cold early in April but the kids jumped right in anyway. 😀 Hope we can come back sometime soon!

Needs some work

Is advertised as remodeled in 2018 which it appears it partially was, but it needs more work. Great hardwood floors throughout, updated beds and furniture. But your ceilings are dirty appearing with a lot of waterspots (?) or mildew(?) And floorboards and other areas of wall need painting. Also if you replace the cabinet fronts, paint the rest of the cabinets , the doors are white and rest of cabinet is dirty yellow. Could be a great place but needs work.

Ms. Armstrong....thank you for your comments. We just purchased this unit 9/30/20, 15 days prior to your arrival and have been very busy honoring current reservations on the books already. The painting items all have been noted by us as well and hopefully handled during the off season. The current ceiling issues were brought to our attention by another guest and are all issues caused by the recent hurricanes. We are on top of it! However, certainly wish you had texted me of ceiling issues upon your arrival as we could have addressed them much sooner. Thank you so much for being our guest......you are correct, this is a great place!!

Unexpected circumstances

First - location was perfect and unit was stocked well Unfortunately our entry was less than perfect. We found out a few hours before we arrived that work was being done in the unit that was not complete. The mess that was left behind was unacceptable and the ceilings were left unpainted. Also, the living furniture needed at the very least a good cleaning and/or replaced as some of the chairs were beginning to shred. The manager did respond as best she could but it did not change the circumstances.

Ms. Carol...truly disappointed you did not let me know personally about your disappointment in the unit. I let you know about the work not being completed the moment I found out, and that the ceilings were not completed. No one was more upset by that than me!! And my housekeeping company went above all expectations coming back as dust kept settling. Our attempt to honor the previous owners guest reservations during this time when so many reservations were being cancelled because of Hurricane Sally did not work in our favor.
