Beautiful private sound front property shaded by 100-year old live oak trees with a dock. Just one mile from The Boathouse Marina, public boat ramp, and two miles from the Beaufort docks...perfect distance for golf cart rides. This amazing tucked-away rental sports the most incredible sunrise in Carteret County as it rises over Harkers Island bridge. Life is slower here where the egrets fish in the marsh and dolphins play as the tide lazily rolls in. This 1800-sq-ft comfortable cottage has been recently renovated and boasts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full capacity laundry room, and spacious living and entertaining areas, including two outdoor decks for additional leisure. Plenty of space to park boat and trailer in yard. Male and female beach cruiser bicycles provided for meandering through town. Brand new dock that is 12-foot on the T. Catch crabs in the crab pot provided and fish off the dock. No swimming due to oyster rocks in the marsh and shallow water. Bring your kayaks for incredible adventures through the marsh. By boat, it's only 20 minutes to get to the Cape and 7 minutes to Wade Shore and Shackelford Banks. Gas up the boat around the corner at Boathouse marina. Linens included; smoking outdoors only. Quiet & laid back

Wonderful area, very quiet neighborhood and great views of the water. Loved exploring Front Street and looking at the historical houses. House was comfortable, nicely decorated and provided everything we needed.

The PERFECT SPOT

This was the perfect spot for us. The property was perfect, the house was perfect and the host was PERFECT with response. Overall, the trip was PERFECT !!!

The home appears to be clean and the owner was good with communication but there was an unpleasant pet odor in the TV room after we settled in later that evening. This might have not bothered some but we are very sensitive and have rented many many pet friendly homes. We decided to check out that morning and I did let the owner know the reason. She sent her property manager in and she took a video and said she did not smell anything. So that was our stay! A partial refund would have been fair in my opinion but owner rejected .

Peaceful Place - Great Location

Three of us guys have stayed here 2x to be near where we like to fish. Having the boat dock soo close to the house is very convenient. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who is looking to get on the water or wants to take in Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, etc. Great host as well. Jen is fantastic!!

Perfect Coastal Getaway

We were supposed to be in Florida for New Year’s but travel conflicts changed our plans. After several cancelled flights we decided just to drive down to the NC coast and found this great hideaway. Description and pictures are all accurate and views are absolutely beautiful. Home is minutes from downtown Beaufort which was perfect for enjoying all of the wonderful restaurants and scenery. The property owner was extremely hospitable and prompt with our inquiries. We will absolutely consider staying here again.

This wonderful place is located close enough to enjoy the local attractions but secluded enough to be peaceful. The beautiful dock is located on the sound and the sunrise is perfect. We will return to this spot as often as we can.

Week in Beaufort

Had a great stay in Beaufort and caught up with family. Beau Point was everything we needed and really enjoyed being able to have our boat right at the dock. We used it almost every day! The weather was perfect all week. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect family getaway

Our family loved this property. The live oaks, view of the water, and the dock -where our 2 eight years old spent hours fishing, checking their crab pots, and working on using their cast nets- were perfection. The house was great and had all the necessities. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We hope to visit again soon.

House was very short drive to Wildlife ramp, which was perfect for us. And the home had excellent view of the water and was very spacious, clean, and beachy. The ONLY complaint is we hope they can install a door of some type between bathroom and bedroom- other than that it was PERFECT!!

We were married at the end of Lennoxville Point in 2003. We believe Lennoxville Point and its surrounding area to be the prettiest and best location in Beaufort!
