About this property

This is a spacious, two-car garage, second floor condo with a comfy patio overlooking a beautiful, green landscape. It is very private and can also be seen from the living room and kitchen in this premier, secure community. The master suite is spacious and overlooks the lush green below. The guest suite is also very private and separated from the master suite. There is also an office with a desk for working at home with a printer for you to use and fiber optic cable for high-speed internet and TV. This community offers a large community pool and hot tub and a gym with everything you need. Also, there is plenty of sidewalks for walking 12 months out of the year here. Very comfortable area for Florida living at its finest. The two-car garage leads to stairs to the almost 2,200 square feet of living space with high ceilings immediately overlooking the preserve out back. This condo offers a large kitchen with a laundry room off to the side. **Please feel free to ask me for a five- or six-month stay at a lower rate.

I have been enjoying Southwest Florida for 34 years and I know our visitors love it here. I lived in this condo for years and keep it up with paint and new carpets and new furniture. Since I now live close by, I thought this was good time to rent it out. As soon as I walked up those stairs 10 years ago, I knew I wanted. I think you will see why.

Why they chose this property

This condo is as big as a single-family home with 10-foot ceilings, nice and quiet and close to many things in South Fort Myers. If you have more than four people and/or company visiting for the night, please inquire. I am very flexible.

What makes this property unique

Perfect place to work from home if need be or even use it as a working vacation or just a vacation away from it all. You will like my neighbors, although you only see them as they're out walking and enjoying our perfect weather.
