The villa sits at the second plot from the beach with over 3000 sq feet of space and is two villas from where the US President stayed and he also stayed several times as VP. It offers total privacy and is located within a beach community in the east end of St.Croix. Completely air-conditioned with individual room climate control, the villa features all air conditioned master bedroom suites with lots of commissioned original abstract artwork. Within the great room, the kitchen sits adjacent to a living and dining area which opens to a veranda sharing the pool deck and outdoor dining space. Additionally, the outdoor area provides breathtaking awesome views which look out towards the sea. The villa is beautifully furnished in a modern decor, and is completely air-conditioned. Every detail of the home is immaculate, from the travertine marble entryway to the pool. A modern decor of bright white gives the villa a clean, warm and island feeling. Including is a laundry room.
The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with an office space that accommodates a half bath. The villa is aesthetically pleasing throughout with sea views from every room, together with hurricane ready windows, and rich marble bathrooms and floors. It is over 3000 sq feet , not including the long concrete driveway leading to a covered area for a vehicle. Also, the sandy solitude beach which the villa overlooks is within a minute reach . Among many contemporary conveniences, with its brand new amenities feature complete privacy of a custom built villa in 2020 with an awesome beach setting. A 10 minute drive will take one to the Buccaneer Resort restaurant, 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and spa facilities. Also, the Danish colonial town of Christiansted is minutes away. Villa was custom built in 2020. Property features include: Laundry room with washer and dryer, Air conditioning, hurricane panels, Large and airy terrace Marble decked pool, granite counter-tops Marble floors with marble bathrooms, Stainless steel appliances. Property has its own sewage system and a cistern with a capacity of about 30,000 gallons of water so that one will never run out of water. Home sits on almost an acre of land. Phenomenal peaceful zen like experience

This property is a must stay if you are looking for a peaceful rejuvenating experience while in St. Croix! The property was beautifully decorated and spacious. The property manager was delightful and very attentive! Very impressive... We utilized the private chef services which turned out to be a culniary treat!!! WOW - Delicious!!! I give this experience a 10 out of 10!!!

Excellent seaside villa

The home is exactly as described with 3 en suites, a large open kitchen/dining/family space and private pool with deck area. The house overlooks Buck Island from a hillside. The driveway up is a little steep but we both drove and walked it with no issues. There is a small sandy beach within 5 minute walk down the hill, but too much seagrass to swim there. The house is well equipped and there are a/c's in each bedroom and in the living room. Full size washer dryer in unit made for less packing. Communication was excellent and the property is in excellent condition. Would recommend for family or multiple couples due to privacy of separate ensuites.

Lovely property!

We had a wonderful week at this home and would definitely come again. The views were gorgeous and the home was modern/chic but Carribean inspired. Great communication by host. We felt like we had an authentic experience in St Croix, the location was great close to cool establishments like Ziggy's and Castaways and delicious/causal restaurants like Blue Terrace Grill. We saw the sunset at Point Udall twice (lovely!) and hiked at several locations and enjoyed the local beaches (beautiful but could get rough at this time of year, so we ventured to the western side of island to calmer waters). We had a great time!

Not Worth the Price

The photos of this property showed a modern house with a lovely pool and view of Buck Island. The daily rent is twice that of most other luxury rentals. In all good conscience I can not recommend this rental at this price point. My husband and I don't mind spending for luxe accommodations but these aren't. We never saw the property manager Mr. Morris, who communicated a few times by text. His assistant Lynn met us the first day and was very helpful in getting some basic things for the kitchen which was ill-equipped with very cheap pots and pans and little else. The house has a stunning setting and with a little effort and $$$ it might match up with the high rent but the overall feeling is a house poorly built and equipped with leftovers from somewhere else.

Sorry you feel the way you feel. First for your information the villa was recently built with a finished built at the end of 2020. All furnishings and kitchen equipment, etc are BRAND NEW. From the very beginning, you picked on small issues to show your displeasure to the type of home. You were the fourth set of people staying at the villa since guests were welcomed there. I do not have to personally interact with guest.. Look at the other reviews. I tried my very best and even looked the other way when you persistently leave doors open allowing a mirror to fall from the high winds and cause damage to an item on the floor. Not to even mention all the lizards which were found and had to get out at my cost. Because the villa is not your style, it is no reason for your reaction. How many homes have you built to come to such a conclusion that the home was poorly built? Nevertheless, thanks for your stay.

Beautiful St. Croix 💕

We loved our stay! The pictures do not do this properly justice. We had everything we needed inside and outside the home. The breeze feels amazing by the pool and the views are stunning. Our favorite part of our stay was the stars at night. Being in this secluded area gave us perfect star gazing! Unforgettable trip and we hope we can make it back soon. If you come be sure to do the horseback riding tour in the sea with Cowboy Steve. He was the BEST and it was a once in lifetime experience.

Amazing View of Paradise

The home was a perfect retreat for us over New Year’s. East end of the island is quiet and the views from the home are breathtaking.Property management was always available to help with any request. Highly recommend renting this home.
