Our apartment is located in Seehus, a beautiful old building in seaside resort architecture in the Roonstrasse, a central but quiet residential area. The beach is in 2 minutes, no longer need to the breakfast sandwiches at the nearby supermarket. Also nice cafes and restaurants such as the Olive seaside, the milk bar, the Café Friedrich or the Surf Café can be reached within a few minutes walk. The apartment is at ground level, and has a spacious terrace with a beach chair. There you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. The apartment was renovated 3 years ago and has a new modern bathroom. Relax in a new and comfortable box spring. The living room features a new high quality sofa bed with slatted frame 2 additional full beds. The device consists of high-quality basics with charming and individual details. The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen with dining area for 4 people and a living room with sofa bed. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people.
