Water & Marine Systems Notice

Please note that Mia is a yacht and operates on onboard freshwater and marine sanitation systems. The yacht is not connected to shore water or sewage, so water usage should be conservative and mindful during your stay, including showers, sinks, and toilet use.

Marine-grade toilet paper is provided, and only toilet paper may be flushed—no wipes or other so-called “flushable” items.

For your convenience, full restroom and shower facilities are available at The Perry Marina and are encouraged for regular use during your stay. This helps preserve onboard systems and ensures a smooth, comfortable experience for everyone on board.

House Rules & Policies

Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older

Credit card and valid government-issued ID are required at check-in to cover any potential damages

Only registered guests are permitted aboard the yacht at all times unless prior approval is granted

Absolutely no parties permitted at the marina without prior written approval

Quiet hours and marina rules must be respected at all times

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
