Great place to stay, but the outdoor shower and the pool waterfall was not working. The living room furniture is not what is shown in the pictures. The big overstuff chair is gone and was replaced with the most uncomfortable wooden outdoor chair. The house was a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 7 including 3 grandchildren. Perfect size for all. Great amenities from beds, bathrooms, kitchen, pool and more. Service was friendly, responsive & thorough. We'll definitely be back.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. No car needed. Plenty of towels, and some supplies to get you through the first day or 2. Communication with the host was easy with quick replies. The a/c was cold, the beds were comfortable, and we were able to get an early check-in which was really nice. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Very convenient location. Pool was a great respite each afternoon. Kitchen amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor shower didn’t work properly, evidence of wood boring insect from cabinet on kitchen counter. Kitchen sink faucet handle would not stay shut.

This was a great property. The main house features two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths and the "pool house" features another bedroom and bath. The pool was great. The property was in a great locations. Quiet, but also a close walk to the action. The property management company was attentive, and great to work with. Overall, a great experience.

Great Property - Great Location!

Wonderful place for a getaway with friends (3 couples). Accommodations were lovely and location was perfect. Just one block from Duval so we were able to walk to many restuarants and shops without being in the middle of the hubbub at night.
