Property was amazing and in a great location. The only highly recommended upgrade are the mattresses. Other than that it is a five star property.

Great potential

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is very nice, nice views, enjoyed the pool (though would have been nice to have the pool cleaned - we could use the skimmer net to get the floating leaves but there was significant dirt on the bottom of the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable, as were the beds. However, there were no wash clothes, no hangers, no starter dish detergent (there was dishwasher and laundry pods.). Most rental properties have a “starter” of spices with at least salt and pepper maybe some olive oil, etc....there was nothing. We assumed the cleaning crew took any left behind items. There was a significant drain fly problem - we purchased baking soda and vinegar to treat which helped, but it was kinda gross - especially in the kitchen. The out door verandas (top floor and main floor) spanned the entire back which was nice, but could have used more seating, especially the top veranda. So a lot of potential, but the property could be better equipped and maintained.
