This 2-bedroom 3 FULL bath townhouse DIRECTLY on the beach is perfect for small families. Park in front and walk into your vacation townhome! No waiting on elevators or long walks to the beach. Just step outside and you are there! If sand is not your thing, enjoy the large private deck and watch the waves and the occasional school of dolphins that swim by in the evening.

One step inside and you will be delighted with the beautiful beach decor, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen looks in on a large living and dining area. Just beyond the sliding glass doors, there's a private deck and an outdoor dining table so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or cocktails at sunset. There's also a full bathroom downstairs.

The master bedroom on the second floor features a king size bed that looks out over the Gulf of Mexico with a private balcony and a full ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower. The second bedroom has two full beds to sleep 4 adults and has an adjoining full bathroom. A full-size washer/dryer for your personal use is located on the ground floor of the townhouse. Private parking is directly outside the townhouse.

Views of ocean top notch . Beautifully decorated , comfortable and equipped with most everything you could need. Easy communication for ?’s. Only negative we would of preferred not being so close to a high rise , a little more quite and private would of been appreciated.

The house was stocked with all sorts of things to make your stay easier. It was the perfect location and the beach chair service was an amazing amenitie i never knew i needed.

Wonderful location, clean and well stocked!

We will definitely be back! Great house with everything you need for your stay. The property manager was wonderful to work with and so helpful with questions about where to eat and get groceries for our stay.

I'm a retired Naval officer who loves to be close to the water at all times. My family fell in love with Panama City while we were stationed here on active duty and made it our forever home in retirement.

Why they chose this property

This two bedroom three FULL bathroom townhouse is located on the east end of the beach. No waiting on elevators or having to remember to put up your parking pass. Private parking is right in front of the unit you are renting! The townhouse if fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are within walking distance to several local restaurants - Schooners, Patches, Sombero's, Beach Shack Pizza to name just a few. Kick back on the rear deck and enjoy the view or use the gas grill to have a BBQ feast.
