This is our favorite place to stay! We pushed our trip dates out just so that we could enjoy this property once again this year. We love to stay here! And Mary is absolutely fabulous and wonderful to work with!

We loved our stay, only wish it was longer! We definitely plan to come back next year. The host was extremely responsive, the convenience of being able to walk right out to the beach with little ones is priceless! Beautiful views, we just loved it!

Paradise on the beach! Mary was the BEST host! Unbeatable ocean views and you walk straight out to the beach from your unit. We will be staying here again! Conveniently located less than 1 mile to Pier Park. The deck is huge for outdoor dining and watching the spectacular sunsets! 1/2 mile to Buddy’s Seafood Market for delicious steamed shrimp, potatoes, corn on cob and Key Lime Pie. Relax and enjoy your the best on the beach!

Third year booking here and just as clean and nice as the first year. Mary is an incredible host and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. She is excellent and timely with communication. The beach is always open right in front of the townhome so no fighting for a spot and the home is well equipped with anything you need or can think of. We had extended family book another unit in the same building to be near this year and it is awesome to have that option.

5-Star ReviewWe had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The full kitchen was especially convenient and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. We also appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella available, which had been left behind by previous guests—it was such a nice bonus and saved us from having to buy or rent our own!The beach access was incredibly convenient and made it so easy to come and go throughout the day. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, incredibly clean, comfortable, and truly perfect for our family. The views were spectacular, and we had the best trip. Waking up to the ocean was such a special part of our stay, and the house itself was everything we hoped it would be.The only thing I would mention for families with children is the noise from Whiskey’s Saloon across the street, especially if anyone is sleeping in the upstairs second bedroom. It was quite loud at night during part of our stay. That said, our host was wonderful and even reached out on our behalf about the noise, and it did improve. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were.Overall, this was a beautiful place to stay, and we made such wonderful memories here. We would absolutely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Three Dolphins!The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was the perfect home base for our trip. The location was great and made it easy to get around to everything we wanted to see and do in PCB and 30A. Mary was responsive and easy to reach when we needed anything!One small note for future guests: there's a saloon across the street that stays open late and can get a bit noisy, which you can hear in the front guest bedroom and faintly in the primary guest room. Nothing the host can control, just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper! Overall it was cozy and comfortable, and the beach access cannot be beat! We would definitely book here again and highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

It was a beautiful ocean view especially from the master suite. plenty of bathrooms and room for the 5 of us! A great walk to the beach where the kids could run back with us watching the whole time.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything. It was so comfortable. It had everything we needed to grill or just sat outside and enjoy the beautiful beach. It was exactly as described. I hope to come back.

We had a great time!!! Property was great and having a private beach entrance was worth it all. Getting in an out was easy. If I had to say one bad thing, the bar across the street likes to play music well into the night and it can be heard faintly in the front bedroom. Other than that, I can’t find one bad thing to say! Really great experience!
