Ideally located on the west coast of the island of Oléron, in Les Sables Vignier, in a quiet residence with indoor pool and outdoor pool.

Close to the dunes and in the middle of the pine forest with direct access to the beach

Très agréable séjour dans l’appartement. Il fait calme dans la résidence. La climatisation permet de ne pas avoir trop chaud quand la température extérieure est élevée. L’appartement était très propre et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire est disponible.

Logement très fonctionnel et endroit propice à la détente

Nous avons reçu un excellent d'accueil avec une surprise... Nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu séjourner dans cette petite maison (type tiny house) dans une résidence avec piscines (intérieure et extérieure) et quelques jeux d'extérieurs pour les enfants. Logement lumineux très bien équipé en tous points (rien à redire) et d'une propreté irréprochable (c'est bien appréciable...) Nous recommandons à 1000% l'hôte et le logement pour des belles vacances au bord de la mer. L'idée d'y revenir est bien installée :-)

Pour se déconnecter c'est parfait. La plage au bout du chemin, la piscine extérieure très peu fréquentée la première semaine. La piscine intérieure a 30 degrés. Pas de queue aux différentes visites. Notre chien accepté à peu près partout. C'était vraiment top!

Petit appartement très bien entretenu et décoré joliment

Appartement confortable et très sympathique. Au bout d'un chemin donc pas de passage exceptées les quelques personnes qui séjournent là. Et ce n'est pas juste devant la terrasse. Parking en face donc il est facile de charger et décharger. Non loin de la plage par un chemin de sable sans problème. Les commerces ne sont pas tout près mais cela se fait très bien (15/20mn). C'est le privilège de la tranquillité. Accueil parfait par un particulier, (pas une entreprise !) très arrangeant, et logement très agréable, bien équipé. Belle terrasse équipée. Dans un angle donc un seul voisin éventuellement. Un vrai mur sépare les appartement donc intimité et calme assurés. Peu de monde en novembre,très agréable, et le temps a été plutôt ensoleillé, une île ! Il peut y avoir une averse puis le soleil revient. Un bel endroit à tout point de vue. Il ne faut pas être trop grand au premier étage (lits) mais on y va pour s'allonger !!! Je reviendrai...

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen, kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hat dort alles, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet . Man hört auf der Terrasse das Meer rauschen, das man über einen Weg hinter dem Haus in 5 Minuten erreicht. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Absolut zu empfehlen !
