This centrally located, single-level home is the perfect Sunriver getaway with Fort Rock Park just a short walk from your door. Tasteful decor and features such as air conditioning, comfortable modern furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace offer a cozy atmosphere to settle in for the evening.

The welcoming great room is a perfect place to hang out with a book, catch an episode of your favorite show, or have a movie night with the family. The fully stocked kitchen flows into a welcoming dining room, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals together.

When it's time to turn in for the night, you have three bedrooms to choose from. The ensuite bedroom features a plush king bed and a large TV. Bedroom two features a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom includes a twin over queen pyramid bunk - perfect for kids or extra guests.

Stay cool all summer with air conditioning, and soak under the stars in your private hot tub after a day of Central Oregon adventures. Fire up the outdoor grill on the spacious back deck while the kids (or kids at heart) enjoy a friendly game of ping pong. The spacious deck is an awesome place to relax in the summer sunshine or dine al fresco.

The laundry room is off the kitchen, and leads out to the garage where you’ll find a ping pong table and 6 adult bikes.

Sunriver is packed with activities everyone will love! Bike the 40+ miles of scenic trails or float the Deschutes River. Families love the SHARC Aquatic Center, Sunriver Village for shopping and dining, and the nearby observatory for incredible stargazing. In winter, hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor, just 20 minutes away, or enjoy snowshoeing and ice skating right in the village.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Family Weekend

We had a great time at Flat Top 11. The house is fantastic with everything you could possibly need. Bennington Properties was a dream to work with too, made the entire trip so easy! Will definitely consider staying again!

Comfortable, clean and just what we needed

We spent a lot more time inside due to unseasonably snowy weather in April, but enjoyed the lovely views and very comfortable accommodations. Very comfortable and the games, ping pong and movies were a nice bonus.

Perfect vacation home for our family!

Our family LOVED this home. It was the perfect size for our family of four and we felt like a total of 6 people would have fit well in this house. It was a fantastic location (close to the Sunriver park, a 15 minute bike ride to the main village) and the backyard was like a private forest. Bennington Properties did an amazing job of communicating with us and helped make the stay comfortable and simple! The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. We had such a great time and would absolutely recommend this house! We will definitely try to book this house for future visits to Sunriver!

Relaxing and wonderful
