Amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from this 5th floor oceanfront condo! Very clean 2 bedroom 2 bath with new appliances and furnishings. We are located in South Seas gated community. The complex offers a heated swimming pool, fitness center open 24/7, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and outdoor grills. We are walking distance to restaurants and shops. Upon booking, you agree to rental agreement

We are a family of 5 from Michigan who loves the water and sunshine. Bryce is a new-home builder and Koury is a Nurse Practitioner and health coach. We have 3 small children who also love the beach and water. We have always wanted to buy a place on the ocean but never really knew exactly where we wanted to be. When we visited Marco Island in 2019, we fell in love with the island and knew this is where we needed to buy a place for our family.
Why they chose this property
We wanted to be able to share our love for this island with other families with the convenience of weekly rentals or long-term stays to those lucky enough to do so. We chose this property because it is located right on the beach as well as having a lagoon we can explore. This is a gated community that has 24/7 security at the gate so it is a safe community. While it is located right on the beach, it is within walking distance to restaurants.

We are located right on Tigertail Beach and we are within walking distance to the lagoon and Collier County Park. We are located in a gated community with a 24/7 guard.
