Bonjour, l’appartement était baigné de lumière , et donc agréable, et correspondait bien à la description sauf pour le batiment. Celui ci n’était pas décrit et fait partie des plus laids d’ Erquy.Le lave vaisselle rouillé et défectueux aurait besoin d’être changé, ainsi que le tuyau de la douche. Le porte savon n’était pas nettoyé depuis longtemps et les filtres des aérations sont tout jaunes de saleté. Quelques remplacements sur le materiel seraient à prévoir.

A deux pas de la plage

Très bon emplacement pour cet appartement au 2ème étage, avec vue mer et port. Endroit très calme. L'escalier extérieur pour accéder à l'appartement peut surprendre et n'est pas très pratique mais après on trouve un appartement très propre, bien équipé avec une décoration soignée. En revanche, petite amélioration à apporter à la salle de bain. En conclusion, bon séjour.
