A 50-square-meter apartment with a 9-square-meter balcony, located in a quiet residential building on the ground floor with an lift.

The apartment includes:
- A large bedroom with a double bed and spacious closets
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. A bar with several stools.
- A living room with a sofa bed (a real, very comfortable mattress) and a TV.
Dining table for 4 people.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and plenty of storage space
- Separate toilet
- A 9m² balcony with a table.


Ideally located a 5-minute walk from the St. Nazaire coastal path (Sentier des Douaniers), with numerous coves. Porcé Beach is 800m away.
Halfway between Pornichet and city centre St. Nazaire.
Street parking is free, and the area is also very well served by buses (bus stop < 500m).
