About this property

Apartment 700 m from the beach - Morgat

The "Ocean" apartment is located on the ground floor of the Morgat Surf House. You will be the only tenants and will have a large garden of 1800 m2 with trees and fences.

It consists of a spacious bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a large closet with a wardrobe and hangers.
A fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a living room with armchairs, sofas and desk area complete this apartment. A terrace with garden furniture is accessible from the second bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The south-facing Morgat Surf House also has a private and closed car park, a laundry room, an outdoor shower and a shed to store bikes, strollers, surf, etc... A barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor games and three bicycles are also available.

Sunbeds, a hammock and a large wooden picnic table complete the large garden with trees.

Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.

Tolle Ferienwohnung - wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Großes Grundstück in ruhiger Umgebung, gut gepflegt, zwei Sitzgruppen im Außenbereich. Grill, Fahrräder, Sonnenschirme etc. vorhanden. Gebäude sehr gepflegt, die Erdgeschosswohnung großzügig, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet - zum Wohlfühlen. Wohnküche mit neuwertiger Ausstattung. Bad sehr modern und schön. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ort und Strand in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
