Our location offers amenities for young professionals traveling for work , fun couples weekend , or a perfect getaway for family time. Avondale is notable for fabulous dining , antique shopping , parks, fun bars and trendy boutiques . Our culinary scene is on the national map.

Enchanting restored apartment with only 6 units total located in the heart of Avondale. Our space has a front and back private entrance . The neighbors are quiet and peaceful. There is private parking for our guests and you also have the option to side street park. Our unit is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed with a full kitchen, living and dining room area. The couch does fold out to a bed for additional guests. You will love the historic and cozy feel of the home along with the appealing design .
