Our breathtaking upscale home is located just 6 miles from the Nashville BNA Airport and only 14 miles from downtown Broadway. Experience the best of golf-life, lake-life and downtown Broadway city life. You will absolutely love staying in our home and enjoy all it has to offer!

Our spacious, one-story home is centrally located allowing you to explore the iconic spots in Nashville while offering a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the day. Enjoy your morning coffee while planning your adventures from our back porch swing, or unwind from the day with a glass of wine on our patio deck overlooking the 17th fairway of Nashboro Golf Club. Nature-lovers love nearby Percy Priest Lake and Long Hunter State Park for swimming, hiking and water sports rentals all less than 10 min away. Enter our home with a gorgeous view of the Nashboro golf course, a large waterfall marble island in the kitchen and spacious seating in the great room with an open floor plan. Perfect for groups traveling together. Enjoy comfortable conversation throughout the kitchen, living room, and dining room.

Keyless entry on the front door. You will receive an entrance code for the entirety of your stay.

Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms. All beds have comfortable pillow-top mattresses outfitted with clean, white bedding.

MASTER SUITE: Room with a view! Spacious room with queen bed, large walk-in closet, gorgeous en suite bathroom with walk-in waterfall shower and a deep freestanding bathtub. Enjoy a stunning view of the golf course with double doors that lead out to the deck. Large Smart TV with Roku.

GUEST ROOM 2: Comfortable full bed. Adjacent bathroom.

GUEST ROOM 3: Comfortable queen and twin XL bunk bed with plenty of light and en suite bathroom.

Ample bedding, blankets, and pillows for all guests. All kitchen essentials are available for a fabulous home-cooked meal. Smart TV with Roku in the living room. Plenty of seating for groups. This is a great house, great floorplan, beautifully updated. We loved the back porch that overlooks the golf course and the screened in porch was wonderful for naps. Also loved that it's so close to the grocery store. The host was fantastic and had great communication. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in that area.

Great Nashville location

In a great neighborhood but it feels (pleasantly) a little like being in the woods as the house is sort of built into a hill. Nice view of golf course. We were a small group (four) but it certainly could have accommodated more. Beautifully decorated interior, nice kitchen facilities.

We enjoyed the stay. Was close to everything. House was wonderful. Loved the set up. Porch swing was fun. There was a small leak in front bathroom in crying but it rained very hard and had a big storm blow through. Will stay here again for sure.

Loved the house. Was very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and it had two wonderful back porches to watch some golfers on the golf course that is behind the house. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful. Loved the decor and layout of the house. Would recommend.
