The house is spacious and comfortable in every way. There were 7 of us on this trip and there was plenty of room to both congregate and to retreat to a quiet space. We got a kick out of the chickens on the roof one morning. The beach and beach park are a couple of blocks away. We can recommend Miso Phat, down Kihei Road toward Wailea. Try the TNT roll for the amazing ahi.
