Check out this direct oceanfront vacation rental at Boardwalk Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront vacation rental is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath apartment features 2 full beds, 1 full size sleeper sofa, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 8 guests. This rental is a true 1-bedroom condo, and our guests enjoy the separation between rooms and the privacy that is offered. The bedroom area features 2 full beds, TV with basic cable, dresser for storage, closet, AC and Heat unit, a private balcony, and a private full-size bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower, granite countertop, new faucet, and toilet. Our guests love having access to their own private balcony in the bedroom. There are a total of 2 balconies in this condo.
Upon arrival, guests will enter through a hallway. Shortly down the hall and to the right is where the bedroom area is located. Unlike many other rentals, this condo offers a private bedroom and bedroom door for privacy. Many other condos require guests to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo, but not this one! As of January 2022, this unit has been completely remodeled and features updates such as tile flooring throughout, new headboards, new sofa, coffee table, dining table, fresh paint throughout, new granite countertops in both bathrooms and kitchen, and so much more. In addition, this unit has brand new, matching, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets.
The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features full size stainless steel appliances. Guests will have access to a fridge / freezer, full size stove, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, granite countertops, and plentiful cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! As of January 2022, this kitchen has been completely updated! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.
Behind the kitchen is where the second full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a full size tub / shower, sink, oversized mirror, toilet, and tile flooring. The counter top is also granite, and the sink features a new faucet.
Entering the living room, this is by far the most desirable area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a brand new, full-size sleeper sofa, coffee table, accent chair, dining table and chairs, TV, and access to the oversized oceanfront balcony. The murphy bed is also located in the living room and will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The dining table and stools are located in this area as well. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 4th floor of the Boardwalk Resort, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins! This rental features beautiful updates including new tile flooring, granite countertops, blackout shades, tasteful decor, and so much more.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The unit was perfect for our group of 4. 3 adults and 1 child. It says it can accomodate 8 but it'd be a pretty snug fit. Overall great experience. Loved having the heated pool due - weather wasnt too great some days of our stay and being able to have the option of having the heated pool was great for our little one.

Took a short trip with my parents and 2 new high school graduates. It was the perfect size for 5 of us. We had great ocean views and easy access to the beach. The 2 bathrooms and separate bedroom were perfect for privacy. The kitchen is set up for basic cooking but does need some hot pads for handling stuff from the oven other that that we had everything we needed.
The room had two wonderful ocean views, one from the bedroom and the living area. The kitchen was fully stocked with glassware, pots and pans. I felt safe due to having the two entry ways that had access codes. It was a great location to local restaurants and the boardwalk. My only regret is that I didn’t book another week to stay there to enjoy it more. I would give this a 10 out 10.

We really enjoyed the unit. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and had a wonderful view to the ocean. You could hear the waves at night. The only real complaint would be the towels, they would cheap hotel towels and definitely need to be updated to bigger, softer and better ones. The toaster didn’t work and there was no stopper for the sink but neither was a big deal, the owner just needs to know. We would stay here again.

My friends and I enjoyed this property very much. It was very up to date and provided everything we needed for five of us. The condo was clean and the management always responded back fast and when we needed them instantly they always answered calls. This condo does have two doors you have to use in order to get into it with different lock codes, at first it was tricky but after figuring it out everything went smooth the rest of the week.

Hotel was very nice but needed to be updated carpet was coming up in living room and bedroom had roache (disgusting) loved the jacuzzi tub didn’t know it had that parking sucked we stayed there for a week and had young kids drinking and partying in the pool called management a few times they never did a thing about it . Beautiful views tho .
Our unit had a hall entrance unlike some others that enter directly into a bdrm. I would not like that. Unit was updated and had everything we needed. Fairly clean, stove had grease splatter and cabinets fronts in kitchen and bathrooms were not wiped well. Besides some hair, dust & food under beds and couch, the unit was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed with 7 people and it was pretty good. Enough room for all 7 of us. The two bathrooms is a plus. When you go beware of the fridge and your food getting spoiled in the fridge on the first day. It took almost a whole day for the food and drinks to get cold again. Plan accordingly with Ice and coolers. Also, don’t expect help from the office across the street because you are booking through VRBO they will not help you. It’s a nice place with a nice view and some nice pools!

Property had a great view and had two balconies. The furnishings were less than desirable. Carpet in bedroom and living area needs to be replaced. I walked on carpet without shoes for just a couple of minutes and the bottoms of my feet were black. I would give the property a fantastic rating if it were updated.

The condo itself was as pictured. However the complex itself was not very nice. Dirty hallways and complicated to get into. The condo itself was also pretty hard to get into. Everything on the inside was fine aside from stains on pillows and one of the beds being broken. Our family left after being there for a couple of minutes because we were not happy with the location and felt uncomfortable in the complex. The property manager was very understanding and easy to contact.

very disapponted in my stay. hallways are filthy with flyers, some trash and dirty floors.
some items in the room were not in move in condition, like muphy bed headboard that i had to fix before using, many loose screws, dirty bed linens, broken bedroom shade, patio door that would not lock and another door that would not close and therefore also would not lock.
it also appeared that anyone from the locality could use ALL the premises.

The beach was nice but..The kitchen is "fully stocked" with dirty pots and pans. There was one that was cleanable but the rest were permanent dirty and stank. The silverware was also dirty, some greasy to the touch. One of the spatulas was coming apart. I feel like checking to make sure that stuff is clean before the next guest checks in would be something you would do. There are no spices, not even salt and pepper, so better make sure you bring your own.This is not that big of a deal but when I read fully stocked kitchen I at least expect that.. The "brand new" stainless steel appliances bit is a little funny because my stove at home is around 8 years old and it's newer than that one. The "fresh paint throughout" is peeling off in the bedroom. The Murphy bed headboard was broken off on one side. The door between the kitchen and living room doesn't shut all the way. One of the lights in the bedroom was broken to the point you couldn't change the lightbulb if you wanted to. Water pressure in master bath sucks but it's probably better that way because it doesn't drain until long after you've turned it off. No pillow cases for the pillows for the extra beds. Our check in was 4 but the room wasn't cleaned until after 5. Asked for a partial refund we were offered a late check out which anyone who is traveling from states away knows that serves no one. On the bright side housekeeping was extremely nice. Half the star is for them even though they're not even affiliated with the host

We asked for a noon check in and were told puffiness but waiting on inspection of room... we stood in front of door for 3 hours. No one came. Then we get a text it's been inspected and ready. We go in. 2 roaches in bathroom. Murphy bed is stripped no bedding anywhere. Sofa bed had blood stains or wine stains and no encasement or bedding anywhere either. 2 beds in bedroom have dirty sheets- one of which had sugar in it. I sent pics to property mgmt. But shows up to fix up sofa bed and Murphy bed.. we end up sleeping on top of bed in bedroom. Pest control never showed as promised. If it had not been a Saturday eve with our plane leaving in morning, i would've demanded money back and gone elsewhere. There were cig butts and dead roaches around pool as well. Just gross. It's not set up well for the disabled either. Be warned.
We enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when walking into the room because we did not know it has 2 balconies, as well as a jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms; however, I did not give 5 stars because the rooms are very dated and the rug was coming up from the floor with something sharped (a nail I'm assuming attached). Also, we were not provided with the building information nor the parking situation. We had to go into the check in office to ask about these things. On top of this, we were not provided with the correct room number and access code to get into the room. We had to call to get the correct information and were given an extended check out time which would have been lovely; however, we had to be out earlier in the daytime due to prior obligations. Overall, you get a great deal for what you pay. The facility has multiple pools, a lazy river, and multiple hot tubs and is right on the beach.
