Everything was great! The room was clean and close to food, attractions, the beach, and pools. Loved the sea view and the host was super nice. Definitely coming back!

Rufia was great at responding and handled most of the needs. We entered the property to a strong bleach odor which lead me to believe the property was clean. But it left much to be desired.There was multiple spots of black mold on the ceiling, the bath had a drip, microwave did not work, couch was broken and smelled like pee, Murphy bed was in terrible condition and the place had poor lighting. The pictures need to be updated as they did not match what I was meet with on arrival. The Boardwalk resort itself needs some refurbing around the pool area.

The issues this guest reported we corrected the same day. We replaced the microwave and there was a small area of mold above the AC vent. My maintenance guy handled that in about 10 mins. The pcis match the unit. We do change out furniture and appliances as they wear out and don't update the pics. The pool area was refurbished 2 winters ago and we have not had complaints form other guests. There is nothing wrong with the murphy bed.

End of the summer vacation for grandchildren, my birthday and visit to Waves of Praise Gospel festiv

We enjoyed our visit to the area and the rental provided us with everything we needed. It was as exactly as described in the listing. The host was very easy to work with and accommodating to our request for an early check in -which pleased my grandchildren.

Great time - clean condo

We enjoyed our stay! our condo was very clean! we were definitely there during a party week so it was a wild time but a good time! convenient to the beach and boardwalk as well as Broadway on the Beach, convention center and sports complex! Our kids spent every evening in the pools!

Clean and convenient

The room was just as described and shown in the photos. The location was walking distance to boardwalk and a short drive to broadway. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to use the same service again.

Great views! Easy access to beach.

Stayed with our family over Memorial Day weekend, but did not realize it was bike week. It was a little noisier than expected. The main road was closed off for most of our stay, so it was a little difficult to navigate. The view from the balcony was nice and access to the beach was great!

Property needed some work. Shower had no pressure and the elevator sou did like any minute they were going to stop.

Shower pressure issue has been addressed. the elevators are serviced regularly and we had no issues with them over the summer. This unit will have its refrigerator replaced over the winter. The other appliances have been replaced.

Great view

It was tiny and efficient and the view was amazing! No onsite laundry but I found a great clean laundry mat. The street out front was noisy at night on the weekend which can be expected due to the location but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Fun time with my sister and nieces

We had a great time! The condo was nice but could use a little updating. We were a little annoyed by how many people used the pool and lazy River that did not have wrist bands on, which is required.

Furniture old and piling. Shower had mold by grab bars. internet service horrible as it constantly disconnected. No cutting board in kitchen. Coffee pot needs replacing as the coffee once made is barely warm. Knives are not sharp at all. Noise from both construction site and pier repair insane. Door to unit would NOT lock. Owner said she notify management company of incoming Mail and she did not. Overall, other than the beach, it was horrible!

First time staying

Check in process was easy! The pools did close at 9pm. The pools were a little dirty due to all the kids getting in with sand on them. Everyone was nice and my step kids played with the other kids. You can't beat the view and the location! Starbucks is a 3 minute walk away. Will be coming back next year!

The pools are treated everyday but this guest is correct, there is a lot of activity and most guests don't shower before going to pool which would really help with keeping the pool clean.

Decent place

Pictures online make it look bigger. Murphy bed could feel spring. Pools suck and were filthy and dingy. Elevators didnt work one day, and construction going on, and started at 9am everyday. But clean and was perfect location. Nice view and enough room for a family of 5
