My.family and I found the townhouse to be clean and efficient...I myself liked the fact that there were nice utensils and dinnerware to be used...towels are included which was real nice. Enjoyable stay! Thank you

The townhouse is a beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse, conveniently located off of Coastal Highway. The home is nicely furnished and has alot of items to use in the kitchen if eating in. The house is fairly new but is showing a little wear and tear, could use a little extra cleaning, particularly the first floor area and does need repair in master bedroom, but owner is aware and has indicated that will be happening. In order to book this home, be sure you are ok with steps, there are many steps. Hostess was very responsive to any questions.

Loved this place! It was a two block walk to the beach with a signal light to cross the Coastal Highway and the walk was no problem for the five year old and three year old in our group . VERY convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool was so close you could see it from the balcony. Plenty of bathrooms for our family to get ready for dinner after a day at the beach and pool. This host was easy to communicate with and we would definitely recommend this home!

Host was great answered messages promptly. Condo/house had plenty of space and it’s a quick 3-5 min walk to the beach only two real negatives is the hot water was not able to keep up with the group of people we had. After ran out of hot water after 3-4 adults showered leaving the others with Luke warm to cold water. Next negative was place just needs an overall deep cleaning, the place is definitely cleaned up in between guests but not deep cleaned. (Under couches, tables, showers ETC) overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

We have vacationed in OCMD for over 30 years this house was awesome. We loved the location short walk to the beach and restaurants. The layout of the house was ideal for our family. Having the pool also was a bonus!

We had an amazing time. This place was extremely clean, beautiful and perfectly located. This was our first time using VRBO and it was a fantastic experience. Diane was very kind and helpful and check in and check out was super easy. We will definitely return and highly recommend this location.

Convenient private, comfortable for a lot of people and still allowing your own space. We had eight adults and two kids and had a fantastic week. Most everything you need is right there convenience to the beach and the pool is amazing.

Another wonderful stay!

This is our third time staying at this wonderful property and we had a completely enjoyable time. The property is spacious, clean, and centrally located in OCMD, close to the beach and all the places and restaurants we like to go. The communication with Dianne is excellent.

This townhouse was lovely. It is exactly as described and is well appointed. The complex is beautiful and quiet, and it is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Having the garage was great. We would definitely come back again! This is truly your home away from home.
