This elegant 90 sqm deco suite is situated in the center of Budapest. Here You are in the downtown, near all the sights, shops, cafés, restaurants, bars around. The busy Downtown or the Old Jewish Quarter with its vibrant nightlife is just on the next corner. Metro station Astoria just 200 meters, Deák Ferenc tér is 250 meters with metro stations of 3 lines, buses, trams to all direction in the city.

Enjoy the historical touch in this magnificent flat with the combination of the original style and the modern living standards. This art deco house built in the firtst years of the twentieth century, its location is a perfect place to discover the city.

Spacious living room with the dining area for your lounging after a long day. TV, Wi-Fi, AC for Your comfort.

The 2 elegant en-suite bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, elegant bed linen. The bedrooms have also adjustable air-condition.

The 2 bathrooms are connected to the 2 bedrooms. WC, bidet, sink and separate XL-shower in each bathrooms.

The extra bed for the fifth guest is a comfortable infalte bed in one of the bedrooms or in the living room (bed size: 100x200 cm).

The dining area is a perfect space for big breakfasts to start the new day in a good mood or for an atmospheric dinner together at evening.

The fully equipped kitchen You find in the huge living-dining space, which can be separated with an original, decorated wood sliding door. Besides beeing stylish it makes a pratical separation in daily use. We provide all the standards of a modern kitchen space, but also You find italian espresso machine with free capsules for Your morning coffee.

For longer stay You find a small laundy with washing/dryer machine, iron and all that kind of stuff for daily use.

Free wi-fi access, tv with international channels, air condition in the bedrooms and living area , safety box, espresso machine, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, hairdryer.

The suite is on the 3rd floor, the building has elevator.

Supermarket is situated in the building with all fresh daily stuff, quality products, good wine, etc.

Property was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. Museums, restaurants, bars, shops and attractions all very close. Grocery store directly downstairs to pick up snacks and wine. Excellent communication w Tibor (Property Manager). He arranged rides to and from airport. Our adult daughter accompanied us on this trip. We did not prepare meals during this trip, but the kitchen is perfectly equipped to do so. Large dining table. Would definitely return to this property. Thank you Tibor :)

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, modern, and had everything we could possibly need. The building is older, but the apartment was lovely. Our host, Tibor, had prepared us well for self checkin, and provided lots of helpful information. Location was extremely convenient and central to most tourist locations, and we had no trouble walking everywhere. Elegant, well appointed apartment with the perfect location.

Spacious apartment with elegant finishing and all the amenities needed for a longer term stay. Perfect for two couples as each bedroom has an ensuite. Tibor, the host, was very friendly and responsive. We had a problem with the dishwasher and he arranged for someone to fix it the same day. You can't beat the location, all of the major attractions in Budapest for within a 15 minute walk.

Wow! Apartment was absolutely spotless and exactly as photos on the VRBO listing. Hairdryers, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and laundry facilities all just spot-on. Very comfortable and nice and cosy. Beds extremely clean and comfy and showers powerful and so clean. Perfect! Location absolutely brilliant too - everything was within a short walk. Tibor was so easy to deal with and very accommodating - we had a couple of changes due to flight changes & cancellations and he was super quick to respond to my emails ans very helpful. Budapest stay

Two couples rented this apartment fir a five day stay in Budapest. The location worked out great as we could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. If it was too far, the metro is very close and easy to navigate. There is also a bus just down the street that is a direct link to the airport which comes every ten minutes. Communication with Tibor was always timely and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were both very spacious with lots of room to unpack. Apartment has the basics for eating in and there is a City Spar grocery store right next door which was super handy. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. The cons would be it is located on a very busy street so there is street noise at night if you are a light sleeper. They could supply you with just a little more towels/wash clothes/ dishwasher soap for a five day stay, but we didn’t ask for more either.

This one is a WINNER!

*The apartment was perfect for 2 adult couples. Plenty of shared space as well as private space. *Well equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. *Location was GREAT! Easy walking access to many things that Budapest has to do and see. Also close to public transportation. Bus from airport was easy and inexpensive and the stop was near the apartment. We never found the remote control to turn on the air conditioning units. The apartment was a bit stuffy during the day (we were seldom there) but cooled off at night with the windows open. Due to street noise, we would have preferred leaving the windows closed and using A/C. That being said, it wasn't such a big deal that we contacted the owner about the A/C remote controls. I would definitely stay here again. In the summer, I would want to use the A/C.

The apartment was amazing. High ceilings, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Tibor’s binder of personal recommendations was the perfect addition to this great apartment. It even went so far as to add insets with directions! Great location. There is a grocery store literally right outside the front door; a pharmacy at the end of the street and, for travelers with children, a nice playground a short walk away. There are several restaurants nearby and plenty of sights to see within walking distance. The Metro, bus and tram lines are probably a minute or two away. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Tibor was Super! Answered all our questions immediately and provided very clear and detailed explanations. And, a bonus for us, he was in the neighborhood when we were at the apartment and asked if he could introduce himself. Of course we said. It was nice to meet him and get a chance to chat a bit. Tibor, thanks for making our family’s trip to Budapest so memorable.

If you are a party of 2 couples or a family of 4 it would be very difficult to find a better place to stay in Budapest. We can only say this apartment was perfect. The apartment was so well designed the bedrooms both en-suite were large big comfortable beds en-suite perfect lovely shower such a beautiful room. Living room was also large with very comfortable seating the kitchen was compact but amazingly had everything you could need and more. Such a pleasure to return each evening to a warm welcoming place after a long sightseeing day. The apartment was beautiful. The location was fantastic with all the transportation on the door step. Metro,Tram, Bus, even a taxi rank directly opposite the apartments you can visit any part of the city so easily. Most of the major attractions were well within walking distance. Finally the communication between our host Tibor was excellent from the start he gave much helpful and important information and advice which certainly made our stay much more enjoyable. We have written many reviews over our years travelling this is our best. If you are thinking of going to Budapest look at this apartment we are sure you would not be disappointed. Thanks to Tibor

E' stato un magnifico soggiorno, la casa è pulitissima, piena di atmosfera e di tutte le dotazioni che possono servire a rendere piacevole la permanenza. I letti sono molto comodi. Tutto è a portata di mano, autobus, tram e metro sono a poche centinaia di metri. Sotto a casa un supermercato. Le comunicazioni con l'host Tibor sono state gentili e rapide.
