This beautiful, clean, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 6. It comes with a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and a serene and peaceful covered patio. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the grocery store, Walmart and more! A short 5-minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs.

We do allow small dogs, (some exceptions for larger dogs, please inquire), preferably non shedding, hypoallergenic. There is a flat fee of $60. There will be additional fees for excessive hair removal or any damage done. Please be mindful to clean up after your dog inside and out. No wet dogs allowed inside. No pets allowed on furniture, including beds. If you know your dog is a barker we will not be able to host you! We love animals and really aim to keep our condo very clean and our neighbors happy!

We had a great time in Pagosa Springs. The condo was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The grounds were nice for walking the dogs. The patio was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the day. The kitchen had the appliances and cookware we needed. Having two bathrooms and a TV in each bedroom was handy for two couples. (We did not use the loft room at all.) Danielle was very responsive and helpful.

Very nice condo- mountain view is limited to peekaboo thru trees, but the open space behind the units patio is very park like. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings enjoying nature and the crisp air. Danielle was VERY responsive to an issue we experienced with the AC. I think she is the best property manager we have experienced with VRBO over the years. The pictures online were very accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This place is exactly like the pictures, plenty of basics in the pantry for cooking, very comfortable living room, and the beds were relaxing. It was close to all the places needed. Would stay here again.

We had a great weekend at the condo! Everything was clean, pictures showcased the property accurately, and the area was very peaceful. We mostly used the condo as a place to sleep and spent most of our time enjoying Pagosa, which was a very short drive from the property. Easy to find, easy to get in, and all the amenities were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Why they chose this property

I love sitting on the patio in the morning and watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. Sunsets are even more spectacular. Comfortably decorated with a large sectional couch, comfortable beds and good linens. We put a lot of effort in to not only making this clean, comfortable and efficient for ourselves but also for our guests. We love this little condo and are sure you will too! AC for summertime!
