This beautifully remodeled condo with "down island" views offers 24 feet of sliding glass doors to bring the view to you no matter where you are in the living space! 1 large bedroom with 2 full baths for the whole family!

A large balcony with total privacy as there are no condos which can see into the condo. It has been completely remodeled new kitchen, appliances, dinnerware, bathroom. We always recommend renting a car - it's the best way to explore and have some fun!

If you are new Airbnb, please keep in mind that you are renting a private villa and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. It could be for 10 minutes or for several hours.
Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi outages.

This property is in the perfect location for those that want to explore. Close to Red Hook and great beaches. The view is amazing and the veranda was our favorite spot.

Gorgeous view

We really enjoyed our 6-night stay at this property. The view is beautiful and we especially appreciated the high quality (and very comfy) chaise lounge chairs on the balcony. All communication with the hosts was excellent. We appreciated the welcome goodies (including rum!) as well as the snorkel gear, beach towels, and other accessories that were provided for our use. The resort itself is quite hilly, but we enjoyed exploring it and also enjoyed many casual meals at the Shoreline restaurant there. As the hosts suggested, a rental car is useful if you wish to explore more of St. Thomas or make a day trip to St. John. We would love to return for another visit in the future!

Amazing trip!!!

This property was perfect from start to finish! We arrived a little early, and we were prepared to find something to do beforehand. The room was already cleaned and sanitized, so they let us check in early! They had everything we needed for our stay, plus more! They had snorkel gear, so we didn’t have to spend extra money renting that stuff. They had ca water machine, so we had good, clean, fresh, cold water for our entire stay. There were beach chairs and a cooler that we could bring to the beach as well! Everything worked perfectly. No issues whatsoever!!! The view was straight amazing!!! The condo was super private, so we felt like we were there by ourselves, which is what we needed, since we didn’t have the kids, and it was just myself and my wife, with no interruptions. The beach was a short walk, down a scenic path to pure bliss. The lobby was a few steps away and had everything that we didn’t bring, like sunscreen and a couple adult beverages. The restaurant on site had great food and amazing vibes. The staff was extremely accommodating and super friendly, I highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you so much for the excellent experience, and we will be back!!
