Nice holiday getaway

The house was beautiful and quite comfortable. The views from the large deck were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Perfect for a quite place to get away from it all.

Great Mountain Views

It’s a very nice place at almost the very tip of 1000ft mile drive climb. Nice elongated (not in pictures) toilets. Nicely furnished with cold AC. I hope to go back sometime!

Summer Mountain Getaway

Loved the view and the house. Deck was great. Comfortable beds. We saw raccoon, bear, rabbits and owl while driving though neighborhood. We loved that. Drove Blue Ridge parkway for spectacular views. Visited Waynesville, Dillsboro, Bryson City and Cherokee.Visited local bookstores and thrift shops. Maggie Moutain vacations extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views

Loved staying here! We had everything we needed or wanted, even down to Reynold >wrap and zip lock baggies! The gas fireplace was well used on those chilly days. Plenty of seating and comfortable beds. Be prepared for a windy road with switchbacks but well worth it. Would stay here again! Ps, Cold Mountain Toffee was just down the street. Best toffee ever!

Beautiful mountain stay

This is a beautiful home with a stellar view. It has been lovingly decorated and the furniture is very comfy for nice evenings by the fire. The kitchen has pretty much anything you might need but make sure you bring your groceries up with you as it is a bit of a trip up and down the mountain to shop. There are also lots of good restaurants who will do the cooking for you! Our bed was very comfy. Don't miss a quiet cup of something warm sitting on the back porch. While the front deck offers a top of the world feeling, the back porch offers an"in the woods" feel which is so peaceful. We had an issue when we first arrived but it was handled quickly by the Maggie Vacation management and the homeowners. Communication with Maggie Vacation was good. The trip up the mountain was no issue for our jeep, never needed 4 wheel drive but it is a narrow mountain road, after the first trip up, no big deal. Pay attention to the intersections with other roads as turning around on a wrong turn can be a challenge. It's worth the trip. The location is very quiet. We would stay again!

family get away

Great stay at a wonderful property. Enjoyed the views from the deck of the mountains and the home was very comfortable. Perfectly located between Asheville and Smokey Mountain National Park. Really enjoyed the town of Waynesville which was only 15 mins from property. Great town for shopping and eating.
