Beautiful modern condo

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was beautifully updated and spotless! The location was perfect as ; lovely views from the screened in porch and just steps from the pool. We will definitely be returning to this condo very soon!

Quiet, relaxing space

Condo was as described. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed for a long weekend this property provided everything we needed. Only negative - we arrived late at night and property was hard to find.

Relaxing stay

We just recently completed our week vacation and had a great time!!! This condo is in the perfect location, right next to the aquatic center and the tram stop. The aquatic center was just recently renovated and now has a splash pad area which was perfect for our toddler. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities. The screened in porch was beautifully lit with string lights which provided a great ambiance to enjoy some nighttime relaxation. The only complaint we had was that the Roku TV was a bit confusing to figure out and it would be nice to have instructions with that. Overall a wonderful vacation and we would definitely rent here again.

Lovely and convenient

We've stayed at a few Sea Colony condos and this is hands down our favorite. The views of the lake below, off the deck/patio and out the master bedroom windows, are so pretty and you never know what you might see when you walk down the steps from the unit. Our kids excitedly spotted goslings one evening and my husband saw a big turtle one morning. The unit is updated and the decor is tasteful and fresh, which adds to the relaxing vibe. An outdoor pool is a few steps away, and an indoor pool is also within a short walking distance!

Condo was beautiful. Everything was updated and it was very clean. Perfect location - close to 2 pools and fitness center. The only issue was the bed in the den seemed more like a full size than a queen size(as advertised). Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location - slight improvements needed as described

Loved sea colony, unit Is beautifully remodeled as Shown in pictures . Was NOT cleaned well prior to stay which I reported so owner would be aware . Parking restrictions of two cars difficult when multiple adults - paid to park one car off site when actually tons of spots available within sea colony resort . Needs full length mirrors and better mirrors within in bedrooms . Main complaint was cleaning of unit prior to arrival , looks like about 1/2 hour was spent - bathrooms not cleaned well , surfaces and lights very dusty. Also unit is not marked clearly- VERY difficult to locate even In daylight. The entire resort needs to have units marked more clearly.so I. Closing great unit for price but the cleaning needs to be greatly improved to get. 5 star rating from my group!
