It was a nice location to the pool and beach but it needs to be updated. The mattresses are not comfortable and squeak when you sit on them and turn over. The guest bathroom has a musty smell and both toilets need to be updated.

Nice unit but beds need replaced
Overall a nice unit. The master bedroom was fine but the beds in the other 2 bedrooms were really bad and need to be replaced. Our daughter slept on the couch instead of trying to sleep in one of the beat up beds.

Review of 306 Georgetowne House
*Towels not delivered until 10pm
*Kids bathroom not cleaned: dirty towels on floor, hair everywhere, sink dirty.
*crumbs on kitchen counter
*crumbs on dining table
*Closets in every room are so full of owners stuff , no room for luggage (or ANYTHING)
*under sinks in both bathrooms filled with random items and garbage.
*no pillows or pillowcases in room with twin beds

Would not rent again
The view from the unit is lovely. That’s about all that’s good - the beds are creaky and uncomfortable. The unit is well worn. Our unit experience with vacasa was terrible. I texted the first day about a very broken shade in the living room, the dirty glass on the mirrors, missing lightbulbs and the not working WiFi. After 48 hours, no one reached out even though I made multiple efforts. Someone did come by to provide lightbulbs, though nothing was said to us. I visited the vacasa office in person, where someone was helpful (thanks, Emma!) and provided the WiFi code (which turned out to be incorrect). I was told someone would come by to fix the shades - they never did. On Tuesday we found a pizza left over from the previous renters in the oven! It explains the weird smell in the apt. I reached out to vacasa again —- and nothing. No response. I will not be using vacasa again. If you wonder if the old reviews of the place are accurate, they are.

Will not stay in this one again.
The kitchen has been updated and is the only clean area in this condo. The rest of this condo could use an update and a good cleaning and maintenance. The mattresses in bedrooms 2 and 3 need replaced. The furniture in the living room is filthy with visible dirt. A previous review mentioned cheerios on the living room floor. Those cheerios were still there during our stay. The bathroom floors had hair on them. The master bathroom had no shower curtain liner and had trash under the sink. The bedspread in the master bedroom was dirty. The lamp in bedroom two had to be plugged in and unplugged each time it was needed. No switch to turn on and off. A lamp in the living room needs a new bulb. Knobs on main bedroom dresser would not stay on. The carpet has rolls in it. The list is long. Other than the updated kitchen, the only good thing this condo has going for it is the oceanfront location as is true of almost all the condos in Sea Colony.

My recent experience was disappointing, to say the least. The pictures provided were inaccurate and deceptive, setting the wrong expectations. The unit itself was notably dated and not well-maintained, which was a stark contrast to what was initially presented. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a rather unpleasant surprise - the cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired. Fingerprints marred the windows, and crumbs of food were scattered around, with even Cheerios hidden under the coffee table and sofa.
The shower curtain was a breeding ground for mold, and the cleanliness of the bed comforters was questionable at best. To make matters worse, the beds were of low quality, producing loud creaks with the slightest movement, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
Although the management company had promised to send someone to address the cleaning issues at the start of our trip, this never materialized. Dealing with such matters on a vacation day is far from ideal. The overall condition of the unit simply does not justify the price charged. I strongly advise potential renters to steer clear of this rental property.

Requested early check-in due to being the off-season. The management company denied the request. The check-in/check-out process is automated and lacks personal care.
Overall great condo with a great view!
We enjoyed this condo's great beachfront location and view. The unit, located on the third floor, was comfortable and clean, and sheets and towels were provided (a bonus!). We appreciated being able to walk to restaurants and the pharmacy. The unit was well furnished with all appliances and cookware needed to prepare meals.
G306 was very comfortable and spacious for the four of us. Nicely decorated, up-to-date kitchen, and fantastic full view of the ocean. Check-in and contactless checkout were both easy.
Overall cleanliness was ok. Although they missed the microwave. Property described exactly as listing. Great view and location. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils, etc. the washer and dryer was a huge plus to have in the unit. We didn’t have hot water when we came in to bathe the kids on the first night. We had to get in the car and go across the street to let someone know due to no one answering phones. They did send someone right away and it was a simple flick of a switch. But I docked a star for the inconvenience of being able to contact anyone. You can not due to the staff all working from home (this is what I was told). Even before the stay it took about 12 hours to receive an email back each time I emailed. Contact by phone was impossible. I will say though that check in was easy and the staff on site there were pleasant. We would stay again.
