Oceanfront Condo in Gated Community cleaning and beach chairs included

Oceanfront condo with fantastic beach views from both the living room and master bedroom on the 6th floor of The Georgetowne House. The living room wall facing the ocean is all glass. Both an outdoor pool and the beach are within a few feet of stepping out of the building. The unit has four tvs, DVD and each of the sleeping areas have ceiling fans. Wireless internet access is included with our unit. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ice maker, blender, dishwasher and glasses and dishes for 16. Well stocked with pots and pans as well as having both a washer and dryer in the unit and ceiling fans in four of the rooms. We are an end unit which means we are a few hundred square feet larger than other ocean front condos at Sea Colony and there aren't any walkways outside the bedroom windows; which gives you more privacy. The Master Bedroom is a king, the 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin and third bedroom is a queen sleep sofa. We have gone keyless, you don't have to pick up keys or grab a key if someone wants to head back from the beach. A door code is emailed to you and the code is changed for each rental and is automatically deactivated when that week ends. Beach chairs and umbrellas are left in the unit for your use. The cleaning fee is included in the rate. There is a recreation fee that is paid directly to Sea Colony.
