Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (three flat-screens), Blu-ray, 3 DVDs, Keurig, Wifi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

A perfect getaway

We had such a wonderful time here overlooking the pond. We saw a blue heron, white egret, a turtle, seabirds and a bald eagle flew by. Lots of room and beds and so close to the beach. It was an amazing week!

Beautiful location

This rental is right on one of the ponds, and we really enjoyed looking out our main and bedroom windows at the geese and water. We stayed with one of our children's family and there was plenty of room. Our king size bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was very nice. The rental is quite close to two different tram routes, so we used the tram often. The deck is large and has a clear view of the pond and fountain and my grandson enjoyed fishing there.

We loved the deck and view. The kitchen was stocked and had storage for our supplies. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and clean. I liked the hooks and bench in the entranceway for beach supplies. The couches, however, were very worn and visibly dirty, which made them unpleasant to sit on. They should be replaced. The area rugs in the main room and in the primary bedroom were also very worn and visibly dirty and should be replaced.
