Dinner alfresco at one of the cafes at Paseo De La Fama Park on the beach. FREE: Thurs. live Jazz at the Vanderbilt. Saturdays, live salsa music & dancing at The Marriott across the street. Calle Louisa trendy cafes & clubs or Placita Santurce block party every night with live music. Go to T-Mobile District, for live outdoor music and multiple restaurant choices. (La Central Bistro) is the best with live music after 9:00 pm on Saturdays. Brunch by the pool at the Vanderbilt with live DJ. Sexy romantic restaurant Catalina’s, live Jazz Wednesday night, live music on weekends.

Nice property, clean. Older building but well kept. Had a little confusion at checkin to access the gate and keys to the property, but that was resolved quickly. Mr. Ramos was very helpful.Condo is right on the beach! Balcony sliding glass doors open to a Beautiful breeze and ocean view and sounds! A/C was great after a long day on the beach! We had access to beach chairs and we only needed to rent an umbrella for our day on the beach! Comfy bed and pillows! Thank you for sharing your Condo with us!!!!

Well, this was our third stay in three years at The Happy Place and it just keeps getting better and better. The place is always immaculate comfortable and very convenient. The host and her assistant, who meets us at the property has always been very sweet and helpful. Can’t wait for our next Puerto Rico adventure at The Happy Place.

TRULY A VERY HAPPY PLACE!

Every aspect of our trip was A+! This is an incredible condo ON Condado beach with a gorgeous view of the waves and a perfect location to get to everything! We will most definitely be returning!

Honeymoon/ First time in Puerto Rico

The property is right on the beach and the balcony view is great. We stayed for a week and this is a prime location for anyone staying in san juan for a teip. The property is within walking distance of many eatery/ drink spots and if you are traveling to other spots, its a short uber ride from many of the destinations you might be seeing. Overall Elsa is a very commincative host and the property manager Mr. Ramos is very friendly and easily approachable for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay - highly recommend

We had a wonderful week at The Happy Place. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The waves are nature's sound machine, creating a peaceful relaxing environment for sleeping. The building is very secure, fenced and gated, with a secure elevator. The neighborhood is lots of fun, lively with restaurants galore. Overall a great stay - highly recommend.

Tropical paradise

Beautiful property with direct oceanfront view. Super convenient and very safe area. No need for auto rental- Short ride from airport with much to choose from (dining / casinos) a short walk away when not relaxing on the beach.
