Best family vacation spot! Came home from the lake everyday and had just as much fun at the house. Played bocce ball, played pool and played in the pool! Everyone had rooms which was awesome! Our “kids” 22-26-35 yr olds are already planning our next time here

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing weekend. The pool was a huge bonus, and the home itself was perfect for gathering together. We stayed here with family to celebrate our son's birthday, and it couldn't have been a better setting. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We booked a private chef David Schatzle who has worked at this property before and he did an amazing job preparing and serving my son's birthday dinner. We really recommend taking advantage of all the little perks they offer, like the private chef experience, yoga and massage offerings. We didn't leave the house all weekend, we had a nice relaxing time surrounded by amazing views.

Unlike some houses we have rented in the past, this one looked exactly like the pictures. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need as far as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware are concerned.Location is very private and very quiet. Backyard is very big, pool and Jacuzzi or delightful.The hostess was amazing. Come always available and responded immediately. We are going back next year. Highly recommend this place. It’s fabulous.

Fabulous Sonora Retreat

We had a fabulous time at this new home in Sonora. The hosts were very responsive to a few questions and the home was beautiful and well stocked with essentials. This will definitely be a repeat stay for our family.

Amazing weekend get away!

Our crew had so much fun lounging in the pool. The house was specious and private with comfy beds. Jessica recommended a private chef who cooked us an amazing meal! Perfect for a weekend get away with friends.

Massive, beautiful Sierra foothills property. The house's large, open floor plan made our gathering fun and communal. There's plenty to do nearby, but except for a few errands, we decided to stay on-site the whole time. Highly recommend!

Great secluded stay

3 households- 3 generations of family had enough room to spread out, really enjoyed the pool area and seating. House is close the lake, and had ample amenities for the long weekend. Wish we had some sort of garage access for unloading boat toys, coolers, etc.

Perfect Spot for Family Reunion

Fantastic experience with Jessica who was so communicative and helpful. The property is lovely and is spacious enough to accommodate 12 people without feeling like we’re on top of each other. The open concept living space is great! Location to town and Dodge Ridge is convenient.

Celebrating a Wedding

We had the best time while staying here. The home is really quite large, bedrooms are nicely decorated and furnished. The home has EVERYTHING you could need. We defiantly will return if we are back in the area. It was such a wonderful weekend for all, thank you to Jessica for checking in with us prior to our arrival. That made us feel so welcome.

Gorgeous Property--Great Hosts

Jessica was so wonderful--great communicating and went above and beyond to help us out. The kids (1, 2, and 6) all loved the toys in the house and played so great together. The kitchen had anything and everything you could need and was great to cook in. Thank you for everything!

Best family vacation near Lake Melones

We had a fabulous time getting all 4 of our children and their plus ones together. Ages 20-36. There was enough space to not feel at all crowded and everyone loved cooking together in the amazing kitchen. Played lots of games, Bocce ball, played pool and played in the pool. The stars were amazing at night from the hot tub!!

Friends and family getaway

Our “village” had a wonderful time together at this special house. We’ve never been to Sonora and was a little worried we wouldn’t enjoy it but everyone from age 4 to 54 enjoyed it so much. The house alone had a lot to offer (pool table, swimming, acres to walk around) but it’s also so close to new melones lake where we rented a party pontoon and had a great time on the water. Jessica and her husband were very gracious and hospitable. Communication was great and they are flexible in accommodating our group. We would rent again!

Great Getaway

We were looking for a place to wind down and just hang out. This property was perfect! Isolated, yet 7 min drive to stores. We needed the space and and there was enough. The 4 bedrooms were neat and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen too were up to the mark. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee and tea. The bathroom essentials like soap and shampoo were all available. We did not have to call Jessica once we checked in. If you need to step outside, you can take a nice long walk within the property itself!! Seating can be improved. (The bar stools need to be higher), an additional sofa if you are a large party would be nice.

Amazing family time. The host was great!!

Family gathering post COVID and couldn’t have been better. The property is amazing; secluded and yet close to all the restaurants, shopping etc etc.

Great for a big group

This place was great for our large group and we slept 13 friends comfortably with the addition of a couple of air mattresses. The host was friendly and responsive when we had issues.

Great Escape

Every year my parents, brother, and sister and their families come together for a summer getaway. Enjoyed staying in this home. We fired up the grill and just relaxed. Great outdoor spaces and everyone enjoyed the pool. Overall, great experience and would book again.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

The property was better than advertised! House was very spacious, clean and organized. Great for kids with the room with the double bunks. Back yard pool and spa was awesome! Our host Jessica was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. We all loved the overall experience! We will come again hopefully soon! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THIS ESTATE IS A GEM!

A wonderful place inside and out

This house was the perfect setting for a bachelorette weekend - ideally located on top of a hill overlooking the property, 360 degree views and and a sun filled, private back patio with hot tub and pool. Even though it was April and pool was too cold too swim, it turned out to be perfect for a quick cold plunge or to hang out on floaties. The inside of the house is spacious with an enormous and well stocked kitchen open to the living room. The bedrooms are large with excellent mattresses and quality linens. With two additional air mattresses provided by the house, twelve adults were able to fit comfortably. Jessica, the owner of the property, was extremely helpful and accommodating, even offering to bring us donuts for breakfast. All in all a well deserved five star rating.
