Fabulous 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with garage parking and excellent Gulf Views. This unit is large (1250 sq. ft.) with 2 Ensuite Bedrooms. Almost the entire unit has been remodeled since Ian. Quiet complex with only monthly rentals allowed (per condo association rules). Beach access from condo complex. Quality furnishings in a great unit! Amenities include - pool, fitness center, tennis courts. Quiet end of island, across the street from Santini Plaza. Short distance to heart of downtown Fort Myers Beach.

I am a Michigander that enjoys golfing and boating in the summer. We love our Ft. Myers Beach condo, but we also enjoy traveling to other areas during the winter months. We usually rent our condo for a couple of months during the SEASON and use it ourselves for the months that are open.
Why they chose this property
The condo is on the South end of Ft. Myers Beach, across from Santini Plaza. The plaza has everything you need, including restaurants, Ace Hardware, Liquor and clothing stores, ice cream, coffee....and the list goes on. Looking forward to a vibrant 2026 Season as more and more places open as the island fully recovers. The is 2 miles from Publix and offers close access to Bonita Springs and Naples.
