All of our family enjoyed this cabin! We stayed in one in TN this year and this cabin was wayyyy better and blew it out of the water honestly we may start here again later in the future! Our favorite parts about this cabin was the porch swing, cleanliness, hot tub, Xbox, that there was everything you need to cook and the extra blankets!! Best place to stay if you have a family, they are 4 master baths and half bathroom! Loved it!! Thank you for this very well kept cabin! We enjoyed our stay!

This was a lovely home. Perfect accommodations for a more mature group with a private bathroom in each bedroom. It was well equipped and clean. Only two drawbacks was a long winding road to get to the house and the trees completely block the view of the river. But comfortable and well kept.

This cabin is very comfortable and peaceful. There are houses below and one next door, but the way it’s nestled in the trees it feels very private. The surrounding area was quiet with mainly just the sounds of birds. The beds are very comfortable. And the hot tub was clean and had enough jets and power to be therapeutic. Everything was clean and well stocked. And the communication from Becca was great. Would recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful property and great host. It was the first time that the family all got away together in 11 years. Great food and laughter were highlights of the visit.

For two adults and three kids that was a perfect house. Everyone had their own space to go to when they needed to decompress. The only thing I wish is that there might’ve been a TV in the upstairs area with the kitchen or a Bluetooth speaker of swords so you could use to play music. The downstairs game room was awesome for the kids. They loved it The hot tub was incredible. The porch out front was amazing to sit on in the swing was incredible. It had great decorations. I could definitely see this a house that couples could go to for a weekend away with four couples with each of the rooms having their own bathroom and each of them having a king bed. It was pretty convenient.

About the host

Hosted by Becca Rose

Host profile image
High School sweethearts, Bob & I married in 2000 and have a son, Nathan. We grew up and live in a suburb of Cincinnati. Bob works in law enforcement and I am a dental hygienist. Among our dreams was to one day own a vacation home. In 2020 we were blessed to realize that dream.

Why they chose this property

Over the last few years we have been renting homes in Cumberland Resorts with our closest friends. We loved the views, the pools, the lake, the people, and the many nearby things to do.

When we decided to pursue our vacation home goal, the beautiful Cumberland Resorts was at the top of our list. During a weekend rental with our friends, we were out for a walk in the resort when we met a nice couple on their front porch. They mentioned they would consider selling and gave a tour of the home. This chance encounter resulted in the vacation home we always dreamed of.
