Paradise! Quiet beautiful artistic house with amazing rooftop views of the Sea of Cortez and Isla Cerralvo. 300 feet away is a shared, private beach, with a beautiful sandy beach and the warm sea for swimming, snorkeling, SUP paddling, wing foiling and kite boarding. Four paddle boards included for your stay.
Popular beaches nearby are Fig Beach, La Tuna Beach, Rasta Beach, and the Hot Springs Beach. The house’s private beach and launch is between La Tuna and Rasta Beach.
Hundreds of miles of world class biking, running and hiking trails right out the back door. Five mountain bikes included in your stay.
The house has many open shared indoor and outdoor living spaces, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms inside with showers, one outdoor shower, and one outdoor bathroom.
There is one master bedroom (king size bed), and two family bedrooms that each sleep four, with a queen bed and (extra long) bunk beds. With all three rooms in use, the house can comfortably sleep 10 people. There are also day beds on the rooftop, so you can sleep under the stars! Baja breeze keeps the bugs away!
6 year old construction and beautifully decorated in a sophisticated and modern Mexican style. Complete kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Comfortable living room area and several outdoor patio areas for different times of day and sun/shade options.
The house has a private rooftop patio, fire pit and a hot tub. Next door to the house is the shared clubhouse with a pool, TV lounge, ping pong table, pool table, and workout gym.
The clubhouse, driveway and beach are shared with the 6 houses in the walled, gated, private community.
Hire a local panga boat to take you out to Cerravlo island, where you can swim with sea lions, sea turtles, tons of fish, and you may get lucky and see Rays, dolphins, and whales.
La Ventana is a lovely, small town with warm, friendly people and lots of options for restaurants. A favorite, La Tuna, is the closest to the house - 3 min walk south along the beach and Planet Kiteboard is another beach restaurant 15 minute walk north up the beach.
The house located in El Sargento, the residential area 10 mins drive north of La Ventana center. Oscaritos grocery store is a 2 min drive from the house with everything you need.

My wife and I stayed at Casa Bella in November 2022, and it lived up to its description and more. We had a fantastic week in this wonderful comfortable living and playing space. It is in a quiet private neighborhood on the North side of El Sargento. The house is beautifully and simply decorated in a Mexican theme, very clean with plenty of room a great kitchen and living space. The upper roof garden gives amazing sunrises and great 360 views across the bay, island and up to the mountains. The living space is cool with AC if needed and opens up onto a large patio with outdoor dining an amazing beautiful blue mosaic private hot tub and the communal pool right next door. We would use the paddle boards first thing in the morning, which are in the private beachside storage 75 yards away then go mountain biking and kiting before in the evening walking 5 minutes along the beach to an excellent beach restaurant. The atmosphere, scenery, activities, privacy, cleanliness, and safety offered by Casa Bella will make us return. 5 stars! - Gavin
Casa Bella provided a wonderful relaxing holiday for our family. It is a beautiful, well-maintained, clean spacious home. The decor is welcoming with such an artistic flare!! It was fun to get up and start the day with a paddle board and swim. A highlight for my daughter was a bike ride through the cactus forest. The large rooftop deck provided a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset with amazing views to the Sea of Cortez. It is well equipped and a great location with private access to the beach. Casa Bella is an amazing vacation rental. Perfect for relaxing, entertaining, restoring and rejuvenating! This primo location is practically on the beach and right near our favorite stores and restaurants with extra special access to the beach and the trails! Beds and furnishings are super comfy, colorful too. Rooftop living space is remarkable. Hot tub and firepit are key! Club house, exercise room and swimming pool are right next door and like a cherry on top. Seriously fun and enjoyable. This is hands down the best place to stay in La Ventana. It has everything: plenty of beds; a hot tub; chief’s kitchen, well-furnished outdoor space for socializing and hosting big dinner parties; an amazing firepit; access to a club house and pool, and it is located just steps from the best kite launch/beach in la Ventana (a few feet north of La Tuna). The three bedrooms, two bathrooms afford plenty of privacy and comfort for multiple people, and there are even more beds on the rooftop deck if you prefer sleeping under the stars! Watching the moonrise from the rooftop deck cannot be beat. I loved waking up every morning with an unobstructed view of the sun rising over the Sea of Cortez. This place is the best Baja has to offer. Highly, highly recommend.

We had the most incredible family vacation at Casa Bella and we can't sing its praises enough. This stunning house truly exceeded all our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.
From the moment we stepped foot into Casa Bella, we were greeted by an oasis of comfort and luxury. The private hot tub and pool were an absolute delight, providing us with hours of relaxation and enjoyment. Whether we were taking a dip in the pool or unwinding in the hot tub under the starry night sky, we felt like we were in our own private paradise.
One of our favorite spots in the house was the rooftop terrace. It offered breathtaking panoramic views that took our breath away as we watched the sun rise and set over the picturesque La Ventana landscape. It was the perfect place to gather as a family, soak in the natural beauty, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Casa Bella had something for everyone in the family. The giant Jenga game provided endless entertainment and laughter, while the hammocks were the perfect retreat for book lovers, offering a serene and peaceful environment to get lost in a captivating story.
The location of the house was fantastic. We had easy access to the beach, allowing us to indulge in beachcombing, stand-up paddleboarding, and snorkeling adventures. The proximity to the beach meant that we could take leisurely strolls and enjoy the warm sand and refreshing ocean breeze whenever we pleased. It truly felt like our own private slice of paradise.
Not only was Casa Bella a comfortable and gorgeous home, but its private location just outside of town added an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. We appreciated the peacefulness and seclusion, yet still had convenient access to a local supermarket that catered to all our needs.
Our favorite restaurant, La Tuna, located right on the beach, was a culinary delight. The outstanding food and cocktails paired with the idyllic setting made for unforgettable dining experiences. We savored every bite while watching the waves crash against the shore and feeling the sand between our toes.
We also had the opportunity to take a day trip to La Paz, a city brimming with art, culture, and warm-hearted people. Exploring the city and immersing ourselves in its vibrant atmosphere was a true delight, and we returned to Casa Bella with hearts full of cherished memories.
Our kids had an absolute blast in the pool every day, splashing and playing to their heart's content. The workout area provided a space for us to stay active and energized throughout our vacation.
Last but not least, we must mention the wonderful neighbors who made us feel welcomed and embraced the spirit of community. Their friendliness added a special touch to our stay and made us feel like we were part of the La Ventana family.

I have stayed at Casa Bella three times - August 2021, May 2022, and September 2022. It is my dream vacation place! It is perfect in every way: the LOCATION, the comfort of the house, the amazing beach and reef right out in front, the patio with hot tub (or cooling tub in warmer months), hammocks, UNBELIEVABLE rooftop for sleeping under the stars, the tasteful art and colorful walls, the nearby restaurants, the excellent quality paddleboards, lovely La Ventana and lovely people, the fresh fish, and roadside empanadas... We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Casa Bella last spring. The location is close to the amenities but lovely and quiet at the North end of the beach. The house has beautiful modern decor and is extremely clean. We enjoyed incredible views from the patios, played music around the fire pit and enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. The beach is only a 300ft walk from the house, but our kids gravitated toward the pool. My husband got out on the paddle board each morning. It was the perfect get away! - Allison (April 2022)
