IDEAL POUR DES VACANCES ENTRE AMIS

Maison conforme à l'annonce. L'extérieur sublime avec une grande piscine entretenue 1 fois par semaine, des emplacements à l'ombre sous les palmiers, des transats pour tous, une belle terrasse pour les repas et une grande terrasse équipée de jolis canapés pour l'apéro et les fins de soirée. L'intérieur est un peu plus veillot mais très confortable. Toutes les pièces sont équpées de moustiquaires et touts les chambres possèdent la climatisation ainsi que le séjour. Une chambre mériterait d'être améliorée (vieux matelas à ressorts inconfortable) et très très petite salle de douche avec très peu de rangement.Le marché d'Olhao est super surtout le samedi avec des fruits et légumes magnifiques et pas chers.Un point négatif : la proximité des plages ! Les jolies plages de sables accessibles sont beaucoup plus loin qu'annoncé. Effectivement il y a la plage et le village de Culatra mais il faut prendre un ferry pour y aller ou praia du Barril qui est à 20 mm de voiture.(et là aussi il faut marcher ou prendre un petit train payant pour arriver à une très belle plage).

Nous avons été très très bien reçu. Et nous avons passer un moment de détente en famille ainsi que des moment dans la piscine qui est chauffer.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit phantastischem Garten

Wir hatten 10 sehr entspannte Tage in der Quinta da Ferraradura. Es ist alles ziemlich genauso wie auf den Bildern und die Beschreibung ist auch sehr exakt. Man hat wirklich seine absolute Privatsphäre. Der Pool war anfangs Wetter bedingt noch etwas frisch, hat sich aber mit zunehmender Sonne und wohl auch durch mehrfaches nächtliches Abdecken aufgeheizt und war dann ebenfalls phantastisch. Das einzige, was unser Wohlbefinden etwas getrübt hat, waren die abendlichen Moskito-Attacken. Sehr netter Kontakt und hilfreiche Tips zur Erkundung der Umgebung durch Familie Röver. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herzlichen Dank für die positive Bewertung. Die vielen Moskitos sind kein übliches Phänomen, ungewöhnlich starker Regen zwei Wochen zuvor hat deren Vermehrung offenbar begünstigt, dieser Zustand ist aber nicht von Dauer.

Toller Ort...

Das Haus ist wirklich super und hat alles um sich selber zu versorgen. Man sollte sich unbedingt ein Auto leihen, in der Umgebung des Hauses ist wirklich nichts weiter. Die Sauberkeit ist soweit ok, durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Räumen riechen die Möbel etwas. Die Aussenmöbel könnten mal erneuert und/oder Grund gereinigt werden. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und Jens und Heidi sind wirklich super. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank Thomas, ein neues Sofa für den Garten ist bereits bestellt. Gereinigt waren die Möbel mit Sicherheit gründlich! Der Geruch im Haus ist uns nicht aufgefallen und wurde bisher auch nicht beanstandet, wir beobachten das!

Casa Moncarapacho

Localização ótima, piscina e jardim fantásticos, muito espaço, exactidão das fotos em relação à realidade. Os quartos deveriam ser melhorados com ar condicionado pois a ventoinha em cada quarto não era suficiente para tornar os quartos mais frescos. Sugiro ainda haver recepientes de lixo diferenciados para se poder fazer a separação do lixo sem recorrer a sacos. Nota final muito boa, foi uma semana muito relaxante em que as comodidades da casa permitiram usufruir de um tempo de relaxamento fantástico.

Genoten van de ruimte in en om het huis. We hadden mooi weer en een duik in het zwembad was heerlijk, zeker voor de kinderen 7 en 9. Alles was aanwezig in het huis.

Very nice Hause (with some opportunities for improvement)

The villa is spacious and nicely located. It has a big and well kept garden. The pool is decent but would benefit from some improvement and maintenance to ensure that the water stays cool. Generally a very pleasant holiday that lost a bit of its shine due to the number of rules imposed and coldness of communication of the property manager.

Schönes Haus und wunderschöner Garten

A casa é o jardim

A casa tem um jardim lindíssimo, com um ótimo relvado e muitas flores. A piscina é muito boa também, e com o tempo bom, passa-se o dia nessa área. A churrasqueira é boa, apesar de ficar nos fundos da casa. Entretanto, achamos a casa com pouca estrutura; a cozinha é pequena e pouco equipada. O frigorífico é menor ainda (e fica dentro de uma "caverna"). E por fim, os quartos não têm ar condicionado, o que é lamentável para o verão.

Tolle Lage mega Vegetation

Sehr angenehm hier zu wohnen, Mängel sind nicht erwähnenswert, da sie zu der Region gehören, man kann einfach pur genießen, aber sicher nicht für Urlauber „unter fünf Sterne geht nicht“. Gut ausgestattetes Feriendomizil mit einer sehr entspannten Terrasse, Blick auf den Pool und den sehr schönen Garten.

Foi bom!

A área da piscina é muito agradável, embora fosse de esperar que a água estivesse mais quente, uma vez que pagámos a taxa pelo respetivo aquecimento. Acidentalmente partimos o bule da máquina de café e embora se trate de um aparelho barato, tivemos que pagar uma nova. Embora a responsabilidade tenha sido nossa, parece-nos que quando se paga quase €2000 por uma semana de estadia, poderiam ser mais tolerantes com um pequeno acidente.

Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Garten

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Der Außenbereich bietet eine menge Platz um sich wohlzufühlen und die Sonne zu genießen. Das Highlight der Villa ist natürlich der große Pool, der zu einem spaßigen und erholsamen Urlaub beiträgt.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub an der Algarve. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auf den Sonnenliegen oder der Lounge konnte man es sich gemütlich machen. Auch bei der Innenausstattung blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war natürlich das absolute Highlight. Leider hatten wir viele Mücken (Jahreszeit?!), was das Durchschlafen erschwert hat. Insgesamt aber ein toller Aufenthalt.

Es tut uns sehr Leid, dass Sie von Moskitos geplagt waren. Mücken sind eigentlich kein grundsätzliches Problem im Sommer. In diesem Jahr gibt es sehr wenige. Offenbar war dies ein lokales vorübergehendes Problem (vielleicht hatte ein Nachbar einen Wassereimer stehen lassen, der nun als Brutstätte diente). Wir werden uns umhören und sehen, ob sich etwas ändern lässt.

Great pool, lovely house

The pool was the main attraction for us and our two boys (aged 9 & 11). It was a great size, nice temperature (even on the 1 cloudy morning) and very clean. The house had 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 good showers plus the bathroom, and a nice living area. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to strecth out and relax when either too hot outside or at night. The kitchen was small but fine for us although if there were 6 adults staying who liked to cook it may be a bit tight. The kitchen was well stocked with utilities. The covered seating area outside was very well used and ideal for a post lunch or swim relaxation. The gardens are huge although we spent most of the time around the pool or the 2 good sized grass areas beside it. You definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance but the supermarkets were not too far away. Access to the local beaches means getting on a ferry unless you want to drive a bit further. The only improvements to the house could be air con in the bedrooms for high summer (although there were fans) and the boys not surprisingly wanted boosted Wi-Fi so it was available throughout the property. Overall we really enjoyed this house and it was ideal for the relaxing holiday we were looking for.

Tolle Unterkunft und Verwaltung

Die Highlights sind sicher der grosse und gepflegte Garten, der geheizte Pool und die zuvorkommende Verwaltung durch H. Röver. Wir haben die 10 Tage auf der Quinta sehr genossen. Da schaut man auch mal über die eine oder andere fehlende Fuge oder das nicht ganz stilsichere Interieur hinweg. Die Quinta ist als ganzes ein wunderbares Objekt und empfehlenswert!

Superb villa. Very clean and furnished to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Close to local towns and the coast the villa is in a perfect peaceful location, surrounded by nature and loveliness. Well manicured gardens, orange and lemon trees and a large pool provide for a very enjoyable holiday away from the crowds and noise. The villa provides for everything and Heidi and Jens give excellent service. Fantastic holiday.

Wir waren mit der Familie (4Personen) da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und an den kühlen Abenden war der Kamin ein Genuss. Das Grundstück ist gigantisch groß und rings ums Haus ein Idyll.
