Casa di paese spartana ma perfetta sia per la montagna che per il mare

La casa si trova in una posizione molto comoda, si trova vicinissima sia ai caffe’ che ai due fornai oltre che alla posta e al tabaccaio. perfetta per partire per le passeggiate in montagna e in 15 minuti in auto si raggiungono spiagge bellissime. la casa e’ grande si sviluppa su tre piani con due bagni (uno dei quali cieco), le stanza sono cinque ma realmente vivibili e comode tre piu’ un’ampia mansarda. l’aria condizionata e’ presente solo in sala. La casa ha un suo fascino come casa di paese, e’ un po’ spartana nell’arredamento ma nel complesso piacevole.
