Ideally located between Calvi and Ile Rousse, nestled in the Marina of Sant Ambroggio, 50 m from a natural cove, the Villa des Etoiles is an air-conditioned single-storey house with a surface area of 100m² surrounded by an enclosed garden of 300m² in a quiet area.
Outside:
You can enjoy a private and heated swimming pool of 4 x 8m, secured by an electric roller shutter and rest on the deckchairs under the shade of the parasols.
A private petanque court is at your disposal for wild games
At the outdoor bar, in addition to the drinks services, you can have barbecue or plancha parties according to your preferences. Your dishes can then be enjoyed under the outdoor arbour with a large table and wrought iron chairs.
2 garden furniture pieces will finally welcome you to enjoy all the convivial moments of the holidays.
Inside:
A fully equipped open kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) will allow you to practice your cooking skills.
A large dining room and a living room with television are juxtaposed.
For rest, you will find 3 bedrooms distributed as follows:
A master bedroom with 1 double bed, a storage wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

A large bedroom overlooking the pool with a large double bed and 2 single beds equipped with a large wardrobe.

The environment:
The house is located very close to the port of Sant Ambroggio, less than 400m away. You can find food, newsagents and tobacco shops, bars and restaurants as well as a magnificent sandy beach. Walks will delight your eyes whether it is towards Algajola or the tip of Spano. The boat rental shop in the port will allow you to escape either by leaving for Calvi, the sublime Scandola reserve, Girolata and the Gulf of Porto, or by going to starboard, towards Ile Rousse and St Florent and the magnificent sandy beaches of the coast. All this, without forgetting the discovery of the many typical mountain villages such as San Antoniniu by car, motorbike or quad.
