The Adret Ubac House is the result of merging two apartments, Adret and Ubac, each accommodating up to 6 people, featuring 2 terraces and 2 private whirlpool pools, rented together as a single unit. Each apartment is externally connected, making it the ideal option for bringing together two families!

These two apartments, offering a total capacity of 12 people, are nestled in a peaceful hamlet overlooking Talloires, offering exceptional views of the lake and mountains, with breathtaking sunsets. You will have access to the two private whirlpool pools, heated all year round.

These exceptional properties have the same layout, with a total of 6 double bedrooms, each equipped with its own dressing room, bathroom, and WC.

Each apartment has 3 double bedrooms, all equipped with a dressing room, bathroom, and WC. The ensuite bedrooms offer optimal comfort:

Each apartment is also equipped with a plancha and a heated whirlpool pool. For your relaxation, an outdoor lounge and sun loungers are available. Additionally, a double garage is at your disposal.

You can park your vehicles in a private parking lot attached to each apartment. For last-minute reservations (less than 48 hours), please contact us before booking. We also offer a special, enclosed garage for storing bicycles.

When renting a vacation home in France, you must be insured for liability in case of damage. We will ask you to provide us with a certificate of liability insurance for renting a vacation home in France covering both movable and immovable property. If your personal insurance does not cover these risks, you can subscribe to our optional ADAR insurance, which covers your tenant liability as well as any potential cancellation or interruption of your stay, at a cost equivalent to 4% of the rent amount.

A security deposit will be required upon your arrival during the inventory, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) not charged. Please ensure that the limit on your credit card is sufficient for the pre-authorization to be accepted. You can also activate your security deposit via our Swikly service.
