Creekside House at Horned Dorset Artists' Colony
The Horned Dorset Art Colony is making available its facility for long-term monthly rentals when not in use by resident artists.
A restored house on a secluded road, in the tiny hamlet of Leonardsville, NY, with fully equipped kitchen and access to 350 acres of private woods with walking trails.
Pricing for December – March does not include fuel oil. Fuel oil will be billed based on usage at end of month.
At the edge of the village, a five-minute walk from the falls. One queen room with four-poster bed and full bath, and one queen suite with adjoining sitting room and bath, large living room/studio with fireplace, dining room, 50s kitchen. Pets welcome, there is a $35 nightly cleaning fee for pets.
Located a 1/2 hour from Cooperstown, Colgate University, Hamilton College, Utica, golf courses, tennis facilities and Otsego Lake.
