This house was more than advertised. The pictures don’t do the view justice, but my pictures don’t either. The home was so lovely, clean, and we couldn’t have had a better time.

Genuine cabin feel

What an excellent house with fabulous view and close town proximity. Great for a big family or friends together . Superbly equipped for cooking and living. Beds for 8 is a bit of a stretch if you don remind having 2 -3 people sleeping in open space. However highly recommended when the toilets don't plug which unfortunately did happen.

Great views and quiet location!

This location was perfect to catch early morning glow on the mountains and had spectacular sunsets. We have more than enough room for four adults and three kids with multiple living areas for some solitude. Nice well-equipped kitchen with more great views looking into town. No complaints here and would look into booking here again!

The house is beautiful, with space for everyone to gather or have some down time apart, inside and out, with a wonderful large deck and peaceful courtyard. The kitchen was the best -equipped kitchen we've had in a rental, and all beds and furniture were very comfortable. The views are spectacular. This was a great vacation home!

Exceeded our expectations

Why you ask? Ambiance galore. Views in all quadrants. Proximity to town is perfect. Perfect Hub for daily out and back trips. There are two very nice Mexican restaurants in Salada. Downtown Salida at the river is a pretty cool spot. Some people might call this house a Hacienda.

A wonderful home in Salida with breath taking 270 degree views of the mountains and the town of Salida. The kitchen is stock well with an abundance of cooking equipment and great views a truly beautiful space to cook in. The home has three living spaces making it easy to find a quite spot for yourself. This is the second time I have rented this home and plan to do it again in the future. Andy

Family Christmas

This place is wonderful. Location is excellent, only minutes from downtown yet in the county. Floor plan works great for extended family. We had the master suite while daughter and her family had the whole downstairs. Garage a big bonus with snow. Balcony or porch from every room. Panoramic views are amazing and even impressed local family who visited us. There is only one negative and that’s the mattress in the master. I have messaged the property manager so hopefully it will be replaced before other guests arrive. The property manager has been extremely responsive. I highly recommend this house. We will use again.
