Cozy one bedroom that is the perfect get away for a couple, or for that one person that just wants to get away from it all. Comfortable sitting area offering Wi-Fi and streaming TV, please use your personal log in. The kitchen includes all the amenities from home, coffee pot (coffee provided).. The king size bed has a gel/memory foam mattress., and heated mattress pad for those cold Salida nights. Private off street parking for one vehicle. Patio with fire pit to relax and unwind, and enjoy the Salida cool evenings. Located just one and a half blocks from the Arkansas River and beautiful downtown Salida, you have numerous restaurants to choose from, including the casual along the river to fine dining. Numerous art galleries to explore, and shopping to capture everyone's taste and style. Sip your way through Salida's distillery and numerous micro brews. You are just minutes away from the best outdoor adventures Salida has to offer, including mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, rafting, hiking, soaking in nearby hot springs, and in the winter come ski or snowboard our local Monarch mountain! Unfortunately for pet lovers, we do not allow pets, the space is too limited. No need to strip the linens, we will take care of everything. License number 0372.

The cottage was the perfect place to explore Salida. Only a few minute walk from downtown. It was nice being able to walk to the bars or grab a morning coffee. We had an issue with the heater in the unit, but Beth and her husband were quick to respond and get it resolved. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay over the long weekend. The cottage has everything you need in a small package and the location is unbeatable. I highly recommend it for couples who plan to spend a lot of time downtown. 5 minute walk from the heart of things, letting you eat, shop, browse the art galleries and enjoy the river park on foot.

Beth and Dave were great hosts and accommodated our needs! Their cottage was great for our two-night stay in Salida. Everything needed to cook dinner was available, and the location near downtown and grocery stores was amazing. Parking and check in were convenient and easy. Finally, their back yard was a wonderful place to eat and relax outdoors. We’d stay with Beth and Dave again!

Wonderful place and great location

The property was very cute, and it's located in a great area that is an easy walk to restaurants and the park. We took advantage of the shared patio while eating breakfast. We'd love to stay here again.
