Enjoy beautiful SGI sunrises and sunsets at the Seahorse Shanty! The home is a charming bay front 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with large family room including updated kitchen and bathrooms. The home has two large decks, oversized patios and relaxing screen room that is great for enjoying the AWESOME vibes of St. George Island! The Seahorse Shanty has a very ‘homelike atmosphere’ that makes you feel like you are at your home away from home when you are on vacation on this wonderful island. It has a Newly Fenced back yard with a private dock and great canal which is perfect for boating, fishing or kayaking. New dock water system with outside shower makes enjoying the dock that much better! When you step out of the front door…you are just a short walk, bike ride or golf cart ride away from the beach. The home is in close proximity to the great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of St. George Island. Our Golf Cart, ‘The Shanty Mobile’ is available for rent during your stay.

We fell in love with the Island paradise of St. George 13 years ago while traveling along the beautiful Forgotten Coast. Last year we purchased this awesome beach/bay home which we enjoy sharing with others when we cannot be in paradise. We currently live in Woodstock Georgia with our dogs (Paco and Lala) and our cat (Winter).
