2931 Atrium Villa

Enjoy this family friendly first floor, fabulous ocean view, Atrium Villa on Seabrook Island. Seabrook's pristine, white sand beach is calling your name for a getaway with family and friends. Atriums are the perfect location with the beach directly across and the Seabrook Island Club just steps away. Enjoy the oceanfront swimming pools and the Pelican's Nest outdoor, restaurant/bar overlooking the ocean. Dine at the Island House or tee it up on Seabrook's two golf courses which are just steps away.

This atrium has a wrap around deck overlooking the Club pool facility and ocean. The family room has a flat screen HDTV, HBO and an Xfinity video library for your enjoyment. Counter seating for 4 is adjacent to the living area and 2 patio tables with seating for 10 is on the wrap around deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area to relax with a good book. There is a full size bathroom attached. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds with a full bath. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms open to the large deck. Enjoy listening to the waves of the ocean at night.

Additional cost of pet fee applies.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Bad Review

Great location, home was dated, kitchen appliances were unacceptable. Oven was not clean, trash can was broken. Honestly, for the price we paid, I expected much better. I would not recommend this home to friends or family. The owner should take the $500 they made and at least buy a new microwave and trashcan. I would be embarrassed and would never rent my house out with a kitchen like that, unless the owner just does not care.

Perfect location!

This is our third year at Seabrook Island and this was, by far, our favorite place we have stayed! The location was perfect to access the beach or go to the pool! The covered porch was where we spent much of our mornings and nights, and the unit had everything we needed!

Wonderful vacation stay.

We had a wonderful week at this Atrium villa at Seabrook. 4adults and one 4 year old were very comfortable in the villa. The location was perfect with ocean views and a pool and ocean side restaurant a very short walk across the road. The villa was clean, comfortable and fully equipped for our stay. The shaded decks made napping on the deck enjoyable. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The large deck always had a sea breeze and was delightful. Everywhere was dog friendly and the walks on the beach were great. Seabrook Island is a special place and we plan to come back next year.
