A rare opportunity, indeed! This cottage is dog friendly and boasts a larger floor plan than most Sparrow Pond cottages. With plenty of spaces to gather or spread out, it features comfortable seating in main living area, a separate TV room with reclining sofa and loveseat, a sunroom with a daybed for lounging or an extra sleep space, as well as a quiet, shady screened porch and a nice sized deck. The dining area with seating for 6, offers a large table for entertaining or a game night, and it adjoins the main living area.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower, TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, shared bathroom with bathtub-shower combination
Bedroom 3: Twin bed, shared bathroom with bathtub-shower combination.
Additional Sleep Space: Daybed in sunroom (is not a private space).

All Sparrow Pond cottages are stand-alone homes, offering additional privacy, with no guests above or below. Easy, covered parking directly under the cottage with a private driveway.

We had a great time at your cottage! The check in process was so easy and you provided clear instructions/ directions for anything we would need while staying there. The cottage was as described and a nice easy walk to the beach along the bike trail. The beach was awesome- very family friendly and not crowded. Had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again! Nice Cottage Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island. Cottage community was within a nice walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed being close to front gate to bike to Village area. Enjoyed eating at several yummy restaurants and played some pickleball! Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage. Communication was super easy wuth property manager before stay and we had no issues!

Great spot for family get together.

Only the second time we've stayed in the Sparrow Pond neighborhood. While close to the entry gate, it is a quiet neighborhood with short walk or bike to pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay with family and will come back to Kiawah again.

Another excellent stay at Kiawah!

This was my first time staying at Sparrow Pond, other than the use of the dock at Inlet Cove, the location is perfect for both the beach and the pool, great outdoor seating area and nice grill. Would highly recommend this to anyone!
