Newly remodeled Oceanfront condo!

With a large family/dining room overlooking the non-heated pool/ocean you can spend your days relaxing, playing, and making new memories together. Our family fell in love with Amelia Island years ago and wanted to provide the opportunity for others to experience this special place like we did. In the condo you will find everything you need for the week plus many helpful tips regarding many of our favorite restaurants (local menus), grocery stores, onsite and offsite actives. If you choose to just check-in for the week we have provided everything you need and more to just relax without leaving.

When it comes to meal time, the kitchen offers every convenience. All new appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the appliances of home are available -- a coffee maker, toaster, and all of your gourmet needs.
Or pick up some charcoal and grill out by the beach overlooking the waves. Gather together at our large dining room table or have dinner and relax on the 2 private balconies (one directly above the pool and beach).

Along with all the island activities we invite you to spend the week relaxing and enjoying all the Resort has to offer. As our guest you will also have access to The Golf Club Of Amelia Island private course located at the Ritz Carlton. Omni golf course is open to the public.
As a note this unit is not apart of the Omni Resort and does not have access to the Omni pool, fitness center or tennis courts. You will have FULL access to the Beach Walker pool (in the photos), grills, oceanfront area and all Beach Walker amenities. Tennis available through Golf Club of Amelia Island, courts located in Summer Beach.

In downtown Fernandina, you will find the oldest seaport in the U.S. which has a rich heritage and has been under eight different flags. Leisurely take time to stroll around downtown, especially at night among the lighted trees and visit the quaint shops and wonderful restaurants. Additionally, there are Jet Ski, parasails, and inland/offshore fishing charters available for hire. A short ferry ride can take you to beautiful Cumberland Island, the only national sea shore on the East Coast.

The closest airport is Jacksonville, FL which is about a half hour from our resort. Directly in front of our condo is one of the ten best beaches in the nation.

For those of you coming to Amelia for a conference or wedding at the Omni Resort, consider the benefits of staying at 1126 Beachwalker instead. Our condo is a pleasant walk to the Omni and provides you with all the comforts of home and the convenience of close proximity to the events

Being able to utilize a fully equipped kitchen instead of dining out for every meal is one of many advantages 1126 Beach Walker provides over staying at the Omni. For the best view on the island, simply step out onto your private oceanfront balcony to enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic.

Beach Walker 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide everybody with ample space (1500 square feet) to unwind without having to crowd into a hotel room.
Most importantly, though, for your beach getaway, all the accessories you may need are included -- umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc..
Family friendly as we provide pack & play, high chair, and other child safety needs.
There are no additional charges for parking or WiFi.
For laundry, there is a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron available for use.
As the owners we are frequent users of this condo and keep it very well maintained and up to date.

Our condo shares the same stretch of Amelia's coastline as the Omni and when compared to the Omni, 1126 Beach Walkers’s value proposition is compelling in that it offers the comforts of home, the amenities of a resort, and the convenience of proximity to all, at a price point that is less than the Omni.
