Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Queens Perch was a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location. The space was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Parking was very convenient in the front or back of the property. There was a great little cafe just about a block away where we enjoyed breakfast or brunch, a grocery store within 5 min drive and we found a lot of the tours and sites we wanted to see within walking distance. It was a great time, we’d highly recommend.

Everything was as good as we hoped.The unit is well stocked, space was comfortable and well set up. It’s a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Keep in mind there are steps if that’s an issue for you. The designated parking spot was a plus We would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for our daughter’s elopement at Forsyth park and this location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere to include the Kroger for last minute groceries. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the quiet environment a lot. We would stay here again for sure!
