This property features a fenced yard, comfortable patio with large bar area, cornhole and other outdoor games. Plenty of room to park and bring your boat if headed to Lake Somerville just minutes down the road. Wineries, Texas A&M, and Antique Shopping are popular near by attractions. There are also three other rental units, 2 Tiny Houses - Vrbo/1514664 and Vrbo/1831074 as well as Desert Hills Barndominium VRBO/1314988. Each property has its own outdoor entertaining area with separate charcoal grill and firepit.
