The master is spacious with a King size bed, private bath w/walk-in shower with dual shower heads, dual vanities and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom offers a King bed, third bedroom offers a Queen and 2 twins. All furnishings, mattresses, linens and housewares are NEW! The yard is fully fenced, featuring a gunite pool and spa w/custom inset seating w/built-in table and umbrella stand, full length covered patio w/ceiling fans, outdoor sectional and dining table and BBQ. Garage is double wide on one side 34 feet deep 8 foot tall doors, perfect for boats and side x sides. FLAT driveway extra-long w/ additional gravel parking at street.

The host was very easy to communicate with. The pool and spa were an extra bonus. We found the house as represented and was very clean. Garage was also an added bonus to park our truck inside as we travel with bikes.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The pool and spa were the perfect size and we had a blast. I had to reach out to the owner and she was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely home. It's clean & well kept. The floor plan was spacious. The primary bedroom & bath were exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked with spices & gadgets. We loved the back pool area. Since it was a bit chilly during our stay we made good use of the fire table & the hot tub. Nice quiet neighborhood & friendly neighbors. We would stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The location was great, just a short drive away from London Bridge/Rotary Park and the many other parks and beaches around. The kids enjoyed the pool on the daily too. It was cleanly and worked wonderfully for our family. The beds were super comfortable which is always a plus. Thanks for the great memories and stay!

This was our second stay at this location. It feels homey, well equipped and clean. We also had a chance to enjoy the pool on this stay and it was awesome. Spent alot of time in the morning and evening out on the patio. So welcoming!

Perfect family home!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this house immensely. We have been to Lake Havasu each of the last three years. All our stays were great, but this was our favorite VRBO of the 3 we have stayed in! Great pool, TV's, sleeping arrangements - very relaxing! Highly recommend.

Perfect rental!
